This was a process that both parties had to be seen going through -DHSC can say they pursued a company and gained from it. NCYT can say they never lost the case

Although UJO can't really make a blunt statement about the absurd fiscal regime the UK govt has forced on UK home produced oil and gas companies, DB is transitioning the company away from the UK. It's pointless trying to make money in the UK when your penalised for taking the risk with a 75% tax take (soon to be increased when Labour get in). All UK oil and gas companies may as well cease production and invest what they have left in a friendlier country.
