Spot on Sharedealer. The cost of letting just one slip through when this is "under control" will be too massive to contemplate. The only reason that the gvt are using inferior tests right now is that they cant get enough pcr tests quick enough

NHS will insist on the gold standard-as will others inc airline/cruise and any industry-99.99% detection rate. Who in their right mind would settle for anything less?

Testing could be around for ever, unless the virus is eradicated. NHS will always need 100% confirmation-is it flu or covid
