Its not confirmed yet what is happening with tests on the protocol but the 2g would naturally supersede 1G anyway.

The supply contract only runs to next month. Hopefully this is a prerequisite. They have the machines so they'll need something to rum through them.

My understanding is that this is completely at the discretion of the aquirer however it cannot exceed the maximum shares laid out in the LTIP. They could vest all of them tomorrow in the event of a takeover though.

HKK, the board are in the unusual position where both parties are 'bound to confidentiality' under the terms of the contract under dispute, and yet they're party to more details than the rest of the market.

Because of this, IR have confirmed its unlikely that any request to purchase shares would not be approved internally.

As has been stated several times over the last 24 hours. The board cannot 'open their wallets' because they are at an advantage due to knowledge of the dispute.

You think after 9 months they don't know any more than we do about the dispute? You don't think the company have talked numbers with the DHSC. The very conversation puts the directors at an advantage to us.

Agreed Kaeren. Even 0 non-covid growth this year and the maximum forecast 50% less covid sales will still result in 2022 profit that most AIM shares can only dream of.

This company is a cash cow and itll reflect on the SP eventually.

Wouldn't it still shake shake things up? PCR isn't just for testing covid.
