There's deffo something going on there. I found it really odd the way DA wasn't there at the agm and JW spoke about him like he didn't know him.
Who's making these decisions at board level? Its too coincidental to be a series of individual decisions for me
Thanks Exmex, the new contract for the supply of promate 1G demonstrates that the write down of stock is highly unlikely to be promate. Do you think GM ruling out genesig includes exsig?
Morning all, Steve its highly unlikely to be promate under dispute as it wasn't even named in the contract. There was a provision to change products, if given the correct notice in writing, but that would have to have been activated end of December as the initial14 weeks lapsed on first week week of Jan.
It doesn't appear the gov extended the next 10 weeks (which btw, could mean ncyt have a right to claim up to c.100m if not notified) and promate wasn't TVG approved until feb anyway.
That great question yesterday prompted mullis to rule out genesig, so the question is; does that include exsig? If so, then in my mind the dispute would likely centre around winterplex
Link is to an article by Mayo Clinic. That would be some customer.
Completely agree Chris. That tax can be added to the EV calculation. Current enterprise value of the company is £84m (not including Q3 cash!!). Company would pay itself off within a year.
Yes the tax was in H1 results
Genesig is the products being donated to UNICEF and therefore is not from excess stock.
Good question that whoever asked it!
Dunce, I take it that silence is where you're supposed discounted raise is coming from? haha give it up man
They're just regurgitating the H1 figures
BYP, if you're genuinely inveted here then you're not helping anyone, you're part of the problem.
How can your twitter replies to the company help anyone?
BYP, GM didn't become CEO of NCYT until they merged with Lab21 (which he was CEO of), in 2014!
Maybe you should go back and do some research before posting your vile abuse here and on twitter.
Live with your own investment decisions instead of blaming others.
Wbafc filtered. What a waste of good oxygen.
I got the same email from mandy and responded with PDFs of my share account showing my holding. That done the trick.
To be fair, the system is a bit daft insisting on jpegs when pdfs would be much easier.
They're clearly waiting for Monday for the Q3 update so the new guy gets off on the right foot. That should help them generate momentum which is good for the SP.
Honestly, PIs behave like children sometimes. "Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet?"
"...they want to keep this share price down as long as possible until they are given their free share options...."
I think you need to take some time and think long and hard about that statement.
Its looking likely that the Q3 update is being held for DA starting, which suggests to me thats its positive (they usually are to be fair).
It looks primed for the new man to come in and generate momentum from the off. I'm expecting significant news over the weekend or on Monday.
Yep, at least until Monday ha!
I'd say we'll at least get a Q3 trading update. It's a little late already.
Thanks to Steve on twitter. Here is a fantastic video showing the capability of Q16s in the Amazon.

This is where there is a gap in the market. NCYTs Americas man is Guillermi Raimondo who had a long career at Siemens. For me, this type of product would appeal massively to them.
Agree Kitzie, we do need to remember that this is a saturated market that NCYT operate in. Many companies, with much greater political clout, deliver similar products (3g assays/SNPsig style reactive assay tests/automation etc). These companies have the economies of scale to undercut NCYT and will quickly try to do so if they get wind of potential custom.
