Longterm I still don't see this share doing anything other than rising. They can keep the divi and use it to pay down debt if necessary. I just want POLY to be in good shape when the conflict ends so whatever steps they take between now and then to ensure that is ok by me. If the SP falls further I'll use it as an opportunity to increase my position.

Ferrexpo should recover well if their assets haven't been pulverised by Russian bombardment. The company is Swiss based and operates in Ukraine so doesn't have the regulatory risks like the Russian companies such as POLY, POG etc. A decent sized position now should see you well for capital gain and dividends if a conclusion can be brought to this war quickly.

Well said FA. The trouble is when you're in deeper than you can afford to lose even the smallest price movements get the heart racing. Health first money second, so I've not divested, I've just de-stressed. My remaining 3600 shares will now be held until I'm old and grey (or until something changes with the fundamentals). If we get another drop from here I may well top up again but if this does what we all hope and returns to £10 I'll still be very happy!

I'd like £4 too. I wet the bed today and sold my original stake in POLY. I will most likely regret that decision as this picks up steam but I had almost 40% of my entire portfolio in Russian stocks so the stress levels were becoming unbearable. Now I've still got £10k of POLY that's all from profit so it can go into suspension or be delisted and I won't be crying. When it hits £10 a share again you can all rub it in how much money I would've made if I'd not been weak

No JJ. I'm expecting nothing from this BoD until May. They're notoriously bad with communicating to shareholders. They may even receive the Gov payment in May and not tell us until June.

I've no idea how'd they value their assets currently. Everything they mine is worth more, so assets worth more, but the geopolitical landscape is a nightmare. How would you all value it?

I wouldn't object to the SP going lower. We are, after all, waiting for an asset sale. The lower the SP between now and then means a better buy in price. If this hits 5p I'd love to top up at that price if a sale will give us 30/40p :)

Not a bad prediction. Poly Kaz will be valued at £4 a share and they'd offer everyone £1 for their Poly Rus shares. So any holders now will make a profit on the Poly Rus privatisation and have share in a profitable well run business with no connection to Russia. Be good if it happens

Talk of delisting is a long way off. POLY will need to find an auditor in the next 4 months. The landscape could look very different by then. Bad news for Deloitte though, looks as if they're trying to sabotage their own business. Imagine being a business with operations in China, Africa or any other country where they're a regime risk. You now know Deloitte will pull the rug from under you when you're up against it. I think a lot of multinationals will see that as a negative and go elsewhere.
