I agree. And it's a big positive DW is holding over 100 Mil as the higher the price the more money his investment is worth. He has seen his investment crash so he will be working flat out to make things work. On this point DW is on our side.

I agree. When the takeover was proposed to the XCD board there must have been a plan for the finances and the BOD accepted the offer. Who in their right minds would accept an offer knowing within a year they would be out a job, etc.

No - I’m not saying that. I don’t know that. I was asking you to tell me at what point would DW have to release an RMS. We all know DW is planning a FO as he said in his podcast. So should he have released an RNS.

You might want to look at the comments of 9:30 to give a better reason. I was talking in general terms, my comments could have easily be the same if the prices goes up.

One trade of £28.17 today and yet down 3.85%. Classic. That's why I don't worry about the general daily price on AIM.

Price on the ASX has been fluctuating a lot recently. One day up 20% and down the next. I wouldn't read too much into it at the moment.

Are you talking about Icewine or Charlie-1? and what is happening in October.

I would just like for DW to say this time 'we drill here and it's not changing'. Based on the research and data from Charlie-1 he should know where oil is most likely. I would like this drill to be his one.

We are creeping towards the 90%. Looks like it might be this week. If we do hit it before the 13th, can we purchase the rest straight away or do we have to wait until the offer period ends and then purchase the remaining shares?

Unfortunately a lot of CEO's are like this. I felt the same as you when Thomas Cook went into administration. I feel sorry for investors and staff.

I don't know about September, but we will do a FO for next year. I hope it's where DW was going to originally drill Charlie-1. I think it's just going to be the one as DW needs to get a better understanding of Peregrine.

I wonder if the target is not met, 88E will have a small extension and send a notice out reminding the remaining shareholders that if they don’t except the offer their shares will be effectively worthless when XCD delist.
