I’m not sure if your question is for me, but I was being conservative with the 1p. I’m also ignoring the second drill just in case we run out of time due to the weather. We still don’t know when the second drill is planned for, but I assume fairly close the the first. If the second goes ahead then I would hope for 1.5p to 2p.
Of course I would like to know the full details of the FO first but I am only basing my judgment on the SP before spud of previous drills.

It seems to be more positive than last year and anything half decent with the FO I’m hoping for at least 1p at spud.

I have been saying 8th December (based on no real facts). Will be nice to see how close I am.

If you are talking about Peregrine FO, then I’m sure I remember DW in about July or August hinting the FO partner is not going to be a tier 1 company. Personally I’m not bothered either way. I’m just hoping for positive results.

No. DW said the CR was oversubscribed by 3 times. Not sure if he asked for £30 million he would have got it. Slightly different.

So the FO should be announced end of November or beginning of December.
The CR was three times oversubscribed.

8th December is the day I feel the FO will be announced. Just my opinion and based on no real facts. This is just my gut feeling, wouldn’t mind if a bit earlier though.

What I like is each of the Directors intention to participate in the Placement, they must feel fairly confident. They could have just been given to domestic and international institutions. Also, I think last year they took two attempts to raise the required capital. I'm not sure if the directors participated last year. The shareholder's meeting in December should interesting, hopefully a lot more details given out.

Any CR is bad, but anyone who knows how 88E won't be surprised. This happens yearly it seems, but what do you expect? We are a junior explorer with no real income. Has DW played a good card here with the timing, maybe yes. Only a week or so Cenkos increased this share to a buy with a target of 2.8p. The SP went up about 12% I think and now they are also managing the placing in the UK. They must have known something when they recommended the buy rating. So in effect we are only down about 8% or so with the CR out of the way and FO news to come shortly. I'll settle for that.

I was hoping for the CR in January. I hope there won’t be another one then as well. Is this CR for the first drill and another one for the second one. Guess we will find out soon and FO details soon.

That's about right for this site!!

I know this has already been mentioned, but when DW was talking about the final resource for Charlie-1 he did say this of Peregrine “Resources of this size are why we are operating in Alaska and we are on the cusp of drilling at another similarly sized opportunity at one of our other projects, Project Peregrine.” I didn’t realise the size was going to be this big. I’m looking forward to the details of the FO is a few weeks.

Unless I’m mistaken, and please correct me if I’m wrong, you can’t just times the COS with the COD to give the best COS. They are different things.
