Are we getting the full results from the wireline logging over the weekend, as DW is now saying-"Wireline logging operations at the Merlin-1 well at Project Peregrine are underway, with preliminary results expected over the weekend".I thought we final results was going to be 7-10 days from last Monday. Any thoughts on this?

I hope there will not be an RNS on Sunday. The longer 88E takes the better. If there was no oil then they would know within 3 days and shut things down. We would have been told by now. From what I understand the longer it takes the better the results.

So I still don’t know are the two big late trades buys, sells or dummy trades. Does anyone know what they are.

One point is worth noting from one poster on reddit:
"Mud logging, a process of estimating with oil in the area, apparently should be known by Sunday night. A bad result in the beginning oil field layers may have resulted in an early announcement declaring absence of oil".
Lets hope an RNS not earlier than Sunday.

3 reasons why (hopefully) in not going to sell today:
1. strong indication the initial results will be very good.
2. possible take over of 88E.
3. PANR drilling results should be out next week. Looking good for oil.
Too mush possible upside for next week.

There seems to be resistance at 1.7p. The same thing happened last week.

Just a technical question if you don't mind. We are listed on the ASX and AIM. Is the OTC an unofficial market. If investors are using OTC then less money for ASX and AIM? Can anyone set up a market and trade shares.

Maybe but ELKO is owned by Eric, who knows more than most.

I wonder the reason why ELKO took shares instead of money is they know someone is going takeover 88E.

My average is 0.65p. I was going to wait until 1.7p but everything happened so fast I missed out. I was 50:50 whether to sell or not as I see both sides. Still time though, hopefully.

I think folks are just getting carried away with reasons why the SP went up sharply on Friday. Could it just be due to the fact it does at the time of drill. Just look at past history. I personally think the price was a bit low in the first place and we are just realigning. I can still see a sharp rise in the next couple of weeks.

I agree, hoping for anything over 20% finish today. And even then that will still make 88E cheap.

There was an RNS for Panr today. What was interesting was a reference to the weather, which should be good news for us if we decide to drill the second target:

"Fortuitously, the the Alaska North Slope is currently experiencing unseasonably cold weather which we estimate may extend the drilling season into early April.”.

I really don’t understand ASX.
