I’m not selling. Look at what has been achieved last year and we are in a far better position now than then. Ok we are all disappointed but oil was found, more than was expected, they just had a problem with the drill. We are in the risky oil exploration business. We now have two big targets, a possible takeover, results from PANR coming very soon, land that is valuable and a lot more.

Hopefully PANR announce they have found oil this week.

I must admit this looks bad, but looks like equipment failure. If we believe what DE says more oil was found, which is a good point. They are still analysing what information they have.
One last point, reading from what the Americans are saying, they seem to be not too bad about the news. Guess we will find out more at 2:30 tomorrow.

I really don’t understand why anyone is worried about talk of $3 per share. If it pushes the SP up in the short term then good. All we need is a good RNS in the next few days.

You could well be right. Another massive bonus with the Americans is we have all morning to buy before they come in and give us a boost at 2:00. That has been fairly consistent at the moment.

I’ll be happy with that as I de risked half my shares on Thursday with the full intention of buying back in if good news.

Has anyone noticed on the operations updates 88E are now including OTC:EEENF as a stock market listing (I think thats what it is). Look in the first sentence on the 28/3 update.

Same here. I’ve said to myself in the past it would be nice to look the stock market 24 hours but now I’m not so sure. Thank god for the long weekend. I’m off to sleep now!!

Hi, sorry but I think you have got that incorrect. See the comment from the RNS from DW on the 28/3:
Managing Director, Dave Wall, commented: “Whilst there is still work to do to confirm a discovery, the results to date are encouraging and we look forward to providing an additional update on the wireline program in 7 to 10 days.”

We need to stop looking at the past. This is completely a different area we are drilling. Also, last year was not a duster. We found gas that might be commercial and next year we are drilling in the original planned location which should prove oil bound.

I thought DW said the news is going to be this weekend. This is possible as the news is just an update and not the final results .

Tried to resist until 5 mins to go but sold half. I know the RNS will be positive but just in case.......and I can always buy back in. During last year I averaged down to 0.65p so was in big profit. I now have a free ride.

Sorry but they do - Sunday night quite often - I know because I keep up for them. Also, I'm counting Monday as well as the weekend over Easter.

Don't forget DW is providing an additional update on the wireline program over the weekend. The final result will take a bit longer. A lot are forgetting this. DW will make this update as positive as possible as he also has shares in 88E.

How much did it go up yesterday? So expect this morning profit taking, shorts and MM's all to help bring the SP down, but we have our friends in the states coming on board at 2:00, I can see us buying in this afternoon anticipating a good RNS during the weekend. Remember why would the drill operator take shares instead of cash? Expect a big rise next week.
And this feels completely different from last year as a lot of positive things happened during 2020.

Sure today is going to be a bit rocky. Some are going to sell and some are going to buy on the dip. One big advantage for us are the Americans coming in at 2:00. If we can hold tight until then I can see a sharp rise until possibly the end of the day when some are going to sell.
I can see the RNS over the weekend being very positive. So on Tuesday a big rise.
