This potentially gives Pakistan the resources to engage in our project and take an equity stake whilst financing off the ground. Read the previous RNSs. The company have been engaged in discussions for a very long time so hopefully, there is the bodywork of an agreement to move forward with and speed up the project.

The latest announcement said they were divesting from That project. With the announcements coming out of Pakistan does this mean we could maybe sell the interest for some capital return?

Or will they now renegade with the project if there is some Chinese / government backing? Fingers crossed.

I think it’s very clear at this point that Brian Hall has absolutely no idea when the mill will actually start crushing rocks and producing money. He’s now just left expectations wide open with it being in the hands of the JV partner.

Just need to look at the share price - an ALL TIME LOW - to know that nothing is happening any time soon.

Not even sure if they can raise further funds with the market cap as it is. Not looking good sadly .

Had to buy back in here. The fall I expected when the dire quarter was announced just hasn’t happened - can just see the now JORC upgrade coming now and production ramping up!

I was invested in cap-xx when they tried to sue maxwell for patent infringement. Needed up spending all their reserves and more just to get counter sued when Tesla bought maxwell. Companies this size just can’t defend themselves properly- that’s my concern.

Going global faster than we thought !

China files thousands more global patents yearly that the US now and they’ve very much cleaned up their act tearing patent infringement.

It’s a myth that they “steal” patents regularly now, they’ve had to improve their legal system to encourage international investment

PS when is the next fund raise then. Now that we haven’t had revenues expected to shave started mid 2024? Billions more shares going to be issued soon enough and decimate us all once more. Utter joke

We’ve had very similar statements from BH over two previous RNS’s to this degree. Don’t assume we don’t need a further visit imo.

The problem is definitely with the JV partner.

The obscurity around operations and the “irritating” delays is cause for alarm. We’re in bed with this lot for the long term and we are trusting them to run the mill efficiently from the get go. Recent history suggests we have at least another month of silence before a further state visit is arranged to make sure all the health and safety equipment is on site now ! Bore!
