Lease application submitted and expected by end of May

Riversgold to fund any further exploration fully until December 2025 when a JV will be formed.

At that time. The JV will need to funded.

I expect this to be funded by a debt package within the JV or farm out reducing oracle share to a percentage of something big.

That’s rubbish! Oracle didn’t have a presence in Australia. riversgold have developed a worthless asset into something with potential of multi millions of gold.

Oracle couldn’t have achieved this on their own.

Better to have 20% of something big than 100% of dirt

Fingers crossed for some great drill results, mining. Lease and a funded JV being set up at the end of 2025.

Funding should be easy enough if gold stays this high. The JV may even be sold off before the project starts.

Welcome. I really shouldn’t be so negative on the stock considering I am holder and haven’t sold any of my holding despite the recent slight recovery in share price.

I can’t help but suspect the rise is in relation to the warrants or perhaps some insider knowledge of the potential patent infringement. The circumstances surrounding this company and the chairman wearing two hats - just stinks.

They’ve still not made the market aware who the third party is that are making these supposedly unsubstantiated claims. You couldn’t make it up really!

I’d add that it is news that the drilling has started as if they hit more high grades and the porphry is extended then that’s amazing news.

The company are fulfilling on their promises. Mining lease is coming, drilling has started and the resource estimate is also on the way!!!

The drill cost is funded by riversgold as they need to complete their commitment of financials by end of May to keep the farm in agreement on track,

These drill results should enable a maiden resource estimate and a capital value for the JV that will be formed.

The likely hood is oracle will own 20% of a c£1BN estimated resource . If they give away even 10% of the asset in project funding the market cap should be 50x this level
