Putting non core in the bin is surely just so they can write off against profits this year. Who would be the ideal buyer for this unique company? I can't see any offer coming in to be honest.

This share looks perfect for an inheritance tax planning portfolio now with a nice little divi, no debt, profitable. 2 years holding this AIM stock and it'll pass on inheritance tax free. Lets hope it attracts some of the billions now invested in these schemes. PE ratio at 17% EBITDA is less than 15x on £55m revenue.

it's amazing that even when companies do well on AIM you can't have any faith in the numbers or the people running the show.

Had I totally missed something when we last heard Dundas had an offer of financing from the export bank of America but we were seeking better terms through other routes.. now Dundas isn't actually viable due to "grades" when we were told for nearly 10 years than Dundas has the highest grade ilmenite in the world!?
In hindsight the fact he Rio smelter results never got released to the market says that they either lied about the smelt tests all together or covered the poor grades up.

When something seems too good to be true it often is hey.... did we really think they would just shovel up sand and sell it for millions?

I wouldn't be surprised to see an offer in the next year or two either. It'll be disappointing if that offer is not at least £3 given the faith shown over 16 years (10 years for me)

Is the product not good enough to sell without giving up freebie shares. If we do this in every deal we'll be liquidated to nothing!

personally I think the management philosophy is very poor.
A very badly timed share buy back scheme.
Now the price is 50% lower they are showing no intention of share buy backs or dividends

Board really letting us down here not buying shares or issuing some confidence boosting dividends.
Waiting game here now....

So suggests really good cash generation to build up that much cash and extinguish all loans. Also good management imo.
