They should have provided far more clarity around the agreement when they kicked the planned roll out can down the road. They better have Marriaud over a barrel if they pull out or delay again. Money should be paid!

Put pressure on him to relinquish his chair in one of the companies and remove any further conflict of interest Immunapharma spent a paltry 75k to extend the warrants instead of executing the purchase at the higher price as he was aware of the delays in the roll out and money coming in for the first tranche of product.

Need to start seeing some pay back for the consultants and sales heads added to the payroll this year. The company expenditures were already running too high for the number of contracts signed

If they pay on delivery only then questions I have ..

1) what if they pull out entirely? Do we just send them the product they ordered and expect payment?

2) if they come back and demand another xxxx thousand units, does Incanthera have the money required to increase the amount delivered without further fund raising or taking on debt?
