I’ve invested in individual stocks for 2 decades and I’ve never known a key shareholder exit in this manner to be anything but a short term negative.

He’s obviously either exiting himself or sees better opportunities elsewhere. Both of which are worrying

I don’t see why the chairman needs to sell to meet institutional demand. He could let the share price ride higher to meet that demand and reward existing shareholders.

Well I agree that this is a big red flag and I’ve also chosen to dispose of all my shares to crystallise gains.

I was expecting this con artist ceo to come up with another once in a life time, bigger than ever project to defraud private shareholders with.

Down over 20k on the too good to be true (literally) story on shoveling black sand for pure titanium. It was the purest in the world.. so pure that the project got canned last second with no explanation.

Just be cautious. Rod is a total fraud and con artist and will be pumping and dumping this one again!!

Makes sense if the tech is being sold into the US and it’s the largest market then the US investment firms will be onto this soon enough. Sit tight and wait

The broker expectations for 2024 was £44m. Its miles off 2 years later so clearly explains why the share price has been so battered. Taking a lot longer for the tech to be adopted but hopefully it’s starting to take flight now

If this can hold at around £1.50 for the next few months. The JORC could see this finally get up towards the £2 mark.

Held this share for best part of 8 years. Wish they didn't get embroiled in the Maxwell legal case which ash totally ruined their progress.
