Looks like the selling pressure from Yorkville was finalised in the big trades that went through on Friday.

RNS out from Amigo announcing that Jim has stepped down as non-exec director, along with the following statement.

Based on the comments by DH during the recent webinar, I don’t believe that they are currently in a closed period but have just elected not to subscribe.

I still find it interesting as to why none of the directors or board participated in the recent raise. This for me signals caution when getting excited about the resumption of testing at Dubhe /Aphun

This latest placing says a lot!

It said in the latest RNS that the Aspire deal cannot go ahead without shareholder approval and then noted that this would be done at an upcoming general meeting. Therefore, the next communication point I expect would be the general meeting, where the shareholders can approve the transaction with Aspire

Not sure if anybody noticed but shorts actually increased on Monday. It doesn’t look like they’re racing to close.

For me, so much doesn’t make sense from their continued confidence v’s the shift in strategy! Until today there was no talk of farmout of Kodak - it was always previously stated that the cash generated from Aphun would fund any future development of Kodiak. The shift in sentiment certainly says a lot to me about their real confidence in the Aphun field.

I asked that specific question, however they opted not to address it!

Time value of money will be the key factor here. With no well activity expected for at least the next three months, the share price is likely to drop and drift lower over the coming months.
