Question for those in the know. Could remuneration for 2026 have been established at the board meeting that just happened on Friday? I'm wondering if a decision on options and director share allocations could have been set based on the recent share price.

For me today’s RNS’s very much seemed to be about drawing a line under the past and moving forward from the decisions of the old board. I wish Jay a happy retirement but the decision to action the Heights bond has been questionable for the past few years.

I have optimism in Max’s words at the end of the latest RNS that we can push forward, and with a little bit of patience we will get the results that everybody who’s long pantheon is hoping for.

It certainly feels like it’s been a rollercoaster over the past few weeks but I really hope it’s a ride worth enduring.

Sadly, I don't think that they can buy as i assume they will be in a closed period!

Minimum $4 per share to list on a senior US exchange, so the consolidation will need to be higher than 2 to 1.

I'm not sure that the $0.50 figure you quote may be correct though, as I'm certain they need a minimum share price to list on a senior exchange and that would be too low.

All google does is move the price to to that of the last trade. It's not really indicative of the mid price.

It looks like a 250m trade on the bid has just completed on L2 which may well show up in an hour or so.

I get the sense from Brendan Duvals presentation that he's chomping at the bit to get the required information from Pantheon, in order help them progress the domestic pipeline.

Either way Qube need to buy back just over 9m shares to completely close that position out. That should give the share price quite a lot of momentum.

If those shares are able to be sold, the proceeds could then be used to fund a large part of the £25m that Alba require for capitalisation, and in turn make CHP a major shareholder in Alba.

I see the price at $211 currently making the 71,429 shares worth just over $15m. Surely that makes a mockery of the current £3.76m market cap of CHP?!
