As I see it the precedent agreement is a preliminary agreement and not a final agreement.

I’m not wanting to poo poo the current position but just don’t want to get to far ahead of myself based on the current situation.

I would like nothing more than for the pipeline to get the go ahead. However I don’t feel that anything can be read across into Pantheon until they have proved the gas production from the demonstration well.

I appreciate that we have certified resources, however this has to be proved for a commercial agreement to be put in place. I note that Glenfarne are even preparing for the possibility of importing LNG in the initial phase.

I would love to see Pantheon demonstrate and produce the grade of gas required for the phase one of the pipeline, however I don’t feel that we can guarantee that we are currently a concrete part of the production plans as yet and therefore any value ascribed.

If we end up demonstrating the moveability of low CO2 gas, then we will really be off to the races and I will be ecstatic!

The positives i can take from the current situation is that they didn't spend further cash funds on the Megrez well when it was unlikely to show anything different to what had already been encountered.

Will be interesting to see if there are any director buys when the closed period ceases.

My personal feelings are that the company previously went in a direction that Max didn't agree with, in respect of chasing the Megrez target. It seems he is now trying to exit this position as capital efficiently as possible in order to preserve cash reserves for the demonstration well (dubhe-1), where we will then be able to prove the gas production and thus access capital from the pipeline development. I'm hoping that when Max gets to steer the ship in his direction we will get a more structured approach. What I really take exception to though, is the excessive guidance previously put out for Megrez in the RNS and then the subsequent back slapping at the AGM.

Updated corporate info says that the testing of the remaining 5 zones will recommence in May. I’m assuming they now have a loose lead time for the test equipment.

It was previously Moore and Smalley in the North West prior to it being bought by MHA and now subsequently floated.

The company has previously laid out a clear pathway to de-risking the assets and this involves numerous steps. Once fully achieved we should be on the way to achieving the un-risked valuation.

£1.23 risked target price and £7.30 unrisked!

Some big sells here early doors, showing a serious lack of confidence. My guess here is that they are from the directors looking to get out as quickly as possible!

I find the below wording interesting as I cant see it has been used previously in an RNS relating to the quarterly.

"to a fund advised by Heights Capital Ireland LLC, and due June 2026 (the "Convertible Bonds"), through the issuance of new shares."

Any thoughts on who that fund may be?
