Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
They weren't my purchases. Stop press: Other folks buying Sty shares. Lol. Happy weekend.
Paying over the odds for 30K just a few minutes ago too. One of my largest holdings and should hopefully see a good return to a moew decent level of profitability in 2012 IMO. DYOR. I should caveat that with, good buying for STY.

... The SP does seem to fluctuate very easily on very little volume. Hopefully the results are in line as the trading statement suggests they will be. This looks undervalued to me, but DYOR.
Slowly, slowly catchy monkey etc. i must admit to being surprised at the time of the November trading update that the SP didn't take off. But it seems to be reacting nicely to net buying now.

I'm pleased to see the SP hold up "blue" today despite a bit of seling. There was a 50K buy at close. News-wise ... I'm not too sure, but note that we did see a pre-close trading update 2 years ago issues mid-January. We may see an update fairly soon. Other than that, it's a case of waiting till final results. If you look at the Styles and Wood website, you'll see that the Sport England Framework news is highlighted on the front page. This is yet to appear in an RNS.
Shares in Issue 62m Market Cap. £6m 15p shouldn't be too much of a push for a company turning over c.£100m, with a stronger order book and improved margins. It will come down to how much profit they can turn, but recent noises from the company sound very positive. We're still under the 10.5p and 11p most recent director buy price in September.
I hope so. I've been accumulating all of mine around recent levels, but hope for the sake of longer term holders too that the SP recovers back to a reasonable level.

Just ticking along like this will do nicely. Styles will thrive or otherwise on the basis of it's results - but a few buys each day will have the SP moving in the right direction if it continues.
I hope to see the upward momentum continue tomorrow. Great to hear that Styles have been benefitting from olympics opportunities. As for restructuring in the retail banking sector, this seems like a potentially huge opportunity, and from the article,Styles are already benefitting.
About time. Been in the doldrums on no volume for a while. I think the Manchester Evening News article must have stirred a bit of interest
merry xmas all Sty holder
Take a look. Bought up to 8.5p after close
"He said Styles & Wood was benefiting from increased investment by high street banks in their branch networks, partly as a result of European Commission instructions to sell some of their outlets to other operators." Remember, directors happily paid over 10p this summer.
I bought here yesterday and added this morning. It's completely off-radar to many PIs I think, but upon doing a bit of research, I've now committed to a fair position, about 7% of my folio. Newsflow could be quite prolific over the coming weeks and months with a number of drugs undergoing trials/approvals. There's a good thread over on advfn that's worth a look if you've not seen it already. Still pretty quiet, but some quality posts.
What's most exciting about today's RNS is not the $200000 on my opinion, but the opening of the base in Singapore. Whilst the grant is over 10% of IHPs Market cap, and should not be overlooked, it's the ambition for growth that struck me today. Well done IHP. Keep the good news coming.
