Charles Jillings, CEO of Utilico, energized by strong economic momentum across Latin America. Watch the video here.
I recently bought 2460 shares, initially for the dividend, the more research I do suggests that there may also be a bounce back in the price of the shares. I have now come across two articles/tips for them and finally took the plunge. If they ever get back to previous highs I will be laughing.
Today could be a defining day. Some pretty substantial trades at the end of yesterday. The first hour could be interesting, a continuation of the recent trend could see the trades exceeding .7. Onwards and upwards, fingers crossed.
Providing they are able to maintain their dividend payments this share is probably worth holding as an income stock. I have been a long time holder, probably should have sold some time ago, but the income after a number of years reinvesting the dividend is now most welcome. The new CEO has already taken decisive action on staff numbers. This may be the turning point for the Company.
A few weeks ago there were a number of doom merchants who said that this Company was going down the tubes. I resisted selling and took the opportunity to top up at 0.37. I am now glad I did, tempted to take a little profit, but hey ho we only live once. In the words of Del Boy, this time next year we could be millionaires! Good luck all those who still hold.
I don’t feel as optimistic. Early trades suggest more sales than buys.
Despite the doom and gloom about this Company, buyers still seem to be in the market for shares. Trades are modest, but continuous. The Company does however need to deliver an RNS in the near future. There are clearly some risk takers, but there are others who have clearly seen an opportunity to invest at a much lower level. One to watch with interest.
Some substantial buys over the last couple of days. Added two days ago and pleased I did. This may take a little while to get back over 1p, but it eventually will. Financing issue will be sorted. Keep the faith. As I said a few days ago opportunities like this don’t often come along.
Worth a punt at this price. A lot of buying, this could be a once in a lifetime opportunity for such little risk. Sometimes you just have to be brave. Recently took a punt with ALL when their shares dropped dramatically, that has paid off handsomely. Let’s hope this does the same.
I have been a holder of these shares for a couple of years. Topped up a few weeks ago and in the fortunate position that my average purchase price is below the current sale price. Can anyone give me a reason to hold. A good number of buys today but volume not significant. Any advice welcome.
Shares that rise so quickly often have a period of consolidation. The question is if it slips back, will it present a buying opportunity. Not expecting it to get to 100p for a while yet.
I periodically get excited about this share with the many positive messages from the Company. I am however at a loss as to why the shares seem to be on a gradual decline. I don’t have a huge amount invested, but maybe it’s time to cut my losses. Any views?
Roll on the day the sp reaches 60+p. If it does there will be many of us cracking open a bottle or two. Recovering back to the high thirties is the first priority, but more positive news on existing projects will surely break through that barrier in the coming weeks or months. My only regret was not adding a few more at the start of this week, but hey ho we don’t always buy at the right time. Still room to add a few on Monday.
A fairly substantial purchase by the Chair followed by purchases from another Director. Clearly the fall in the shares recently has presented an ideal buying opportunity. Always good to see more skin in the game from those running the Company. Still a long way from production but encouraging signs. If it ever gets to the broker estimate of 78p will be sitting on a very healthy profit. Roll on the good times.
This share could go either way. I have followed the share for sometime, adding shares every time there is a dip. Added a few more in the last couple of days, Always been impressed with communications from the Company. Who knows this could be my best ever yet, fortunate to have an average price south of current share price. Fingers crossed there is some positive news soon.
The gradual rise in this share has been encouraging, the Sunday Times article might generate a positive week.
