Hi Folks Time to be positive my feeling is that the SP will at least double from where we are in the next 6 months & on that basis I have just topped up adding 5,966 shares at 17p cost before charges £1,014.

Just for the record that 'Sell' of 57,920 was a Buy not a Sell as I know who made the Buy this morning !!!!!!!!!

It was good to see that my query regarding timeframes for making a decision was drawn to the attention of the Minister.

Your reply to me was some 4 weeks ago & I was wondering when the Minister will be able to answer my query of the 9th July see my e-mail below.

My Query e-mail of 9th July:
It has been stated in earlier e-mails that 'there is no timeframe for the Minister to make their decision' but following a consultation there must be some form of timeframe otherwise what was the point of having had a consultation.Is there not a legal time period that resolution to a consultation is achieved.
Is it possible for my question to be forwarded to the Minister to make him aware that this question is being asked.

Hi Folks - Well being inpatient I decided to top up again in my ISA & just added 29,034 shares at 17.225.FINGERS CROSSED.I am now showing Buy.

I have just Sold my UK Biotech shares too avoid going into loss shares held in my Stock ISA & made a modest profit.I topped up last week & now showing a further loss in total a loss of £8k (61%).Thats the background.
I have once again e-mailed daera to find out what the minister has to say to my earlier e-mail well you never know.
The punch line (I think) just looking at the market capitalisation of £21m what value would you put on Harland & Wolff alone & then add in Appledore etc it has to be in excess of £21m (some say that is the value = 17p approx).I would say much more considering the climate we are now in with regards the UK MOD wishing to build more ships plus wind farm expansion.I agree with stokey12 expect some sort of RNS soon.
In summary I am going to wait for positive news & Buy on the next rise double my existing holding through my ISA account - fingers crossed.

Hi All,
Just a reminder of the last e-mail I received from DAERA which was on the 21st July 4 weeks yesterday & I may now send another follow up e-mail.It seems to me that DAERA are able to delay as long as they like in order to delay a judicial review response from INFA if the answer is no.

It is all very frustrating !!!!!!

Hi mcadder - I understand your frustrations & I now find that my top up last week was too soon as the SP has dropped again.
I cannot afford to Sell at all costs so will just wait but my average is now 45p hopefully the SP will have recovered by the end of the year when I will need the funds for a planned extension.I have for now given up on INFA & no longer expect news in the short term unlikely in the next couple of weeks. Good luck whatever your decision.

I have just topped up 8k shares selling some of my biotech shares as I have said - Strong Buy.

PS: Against the trend I am showing 'Strong Buy' & I now have to decide whether to Sell my long term biotech shares on the NASDAQ in my Stock ISA & Buy INFA as the SP has to be near rock bottom.

Hi All - Well I thought todays RNS would at least hold the SP if not a small increase but a 5.46% reduction is ludicrous.With regards the RNS agree with many of this mornings comments & in addition it says to me that someone of this NED's standing would not be joining a sinking ship - pardon the pun.Having thrown my crystal ball away it is just a matter of waiting for that major contract news RNS hence I am now saying 'Strong Buy'.So I am going agains the SP trend as todays RNS tells me something is around the corner.
