I'm in the no dilution camp myself. The extra moneys is part of the contingency and may not be needed, if we hit production early.

Hi scotman. 7% 0f €3 billion is roughly €200 million.Again Roughly around 2 million tonnes of polyhalite. I realise the loan needs repaying as well as interest. But it seems to me that this project is more than capable of paying a loan, financing the ramp up and paying a dividend by 2024. Hope I am right.

I would imagine the company may want to hold back on news on construction progress untill after the winter. The next couple of months are usually very bleak up on the moors. For me I am happy to wait untill end of March for all progress, financial and construction. I would rather that than see deadlines pass with no info, as that leaves us wide open to the hawks that are frequenting the message boards at the moment.

As the extra finance won't be needed for a couple of years.(assuming the banks agree to this supposition and provide $3 million) wouldn't it be wiser to have this placing as the company nears production for a more predictive outcome.

Surely if there is half the shares. The. Each share gets twice as much. This share consolidation theory sounds pointless to me

It seems I am one of the few not expecting any more dilution. As miyo says the stage 2 finance was worked out and agreed when the stage one details were released. We may not need over the agreed $3 billion. And if we do then we will use our relationship with our business partners to cover that amount. That is my thoughts for what it's worth.
