It seems the hyenas have arrived..as disappointing as the s.p is , I and presumably others will end up better off. I had intended retiring at xmas, if we had reached 50p ish. But I've worked on and ive continued to add with the s.p been so low. I did my own little prediction on future s.p and I believe I will ok to retire in april and have around 150 000 more shares in 2024 than I would have done. So for me its head down and get on with it and hope like hell that the stage 2 finance is completed by the end of October.

I think we should by now .scotman .however I think once the bonds are sorted that the re-rate might be a little disappointing for a while too.this s.p is so low that investors can afford to have their money invested elsewhere until this s.p triples. And then jump in and enjoy all the benefits with a lot less risk.so I'm expecting a 25p - 30p once finance sorted, with very little change for a year.

Hi poolielad I rang h and l last night. They said they are awaiting for the moneys to be returned from Sirius. They also said they were pushing them for a return a.s.a.p.

I think you are both right firstly (I think) the banks were playing Chris fraser and slowly squeezing him for time. At the time I was well fed up with the deal,but in time I have come to realise Chris Fraser did a decent job and had a plan b which will get the mine built. Also as per g.k I think the profit takers will slowly tail off and as the institutions and long time holders hold onto their shares will will see the share price creeping up.

I really hope it does stay at 15p for a while at least.the more I top up at that price,the better my average and it offsets the dilution at least in part

Hi blacksheep15. 2024 will do me. It always was my target.if we manage that I will be well happy, I thought the dilution would have that at 2p- 3p dividend in around 2026

Hi keable. For me if the consolidation was a 2-1 then the £1 party is still 50p really. However that would still see me retired so I'd still be up for a £1 party. It would be good to have a beer with and meet the contributors on this message board. The stage two deal has robbed us of the icing on the cake,but we still might get cake. And I like the sound of #beyondwoodsmith. Just gotta hope my ticker keeps me alive enjoy it good luck all

Trash that last post of mine I've asked for around 18000 more shares than I'm entitled to. I've gone for it. If they give me my entitlement and I buy back in with the rejected funds at 23p or above then I've actually lost out.

I've just phoned h and l and they take your holding from 30th April. I've put a request in for 6000 .I think I'm entitled to 35000 but I can afford that. I've used the scotsman formulae and sold £8000 at 16.8p. I'll buy back £7100 soon as its dropped a bit and that leaves £900 for my 6000 shares.

Myo is a class act and will be missed on this message board.but it looks like a few decent posters have jumped ship. Me I'm stuck in the engine room,if it goes down I go with it.

I think all those that are left are re-evaluating John. Problem is there are so many variables. For instance is it true that the new bonds are not convertible bonds. I've found the rns information very difficult to understand what the heck is happening. Is there going to be 8.5 billion share holders or ten billion. It certainly looks like it will be some time before the s.p. settles into a growth stage.

How bad was the original offer going to be.or would that have been better for us and worse for the cartel that now stand to benefit from our investment,including stavely and fraser
