There is no money to be returned. In fact SXX has to pay for the guarantee. There would be money to pay if the mine failed after the guarantee was issued. I believe the EU rules forbid government helping individual projects although it doesnt seem to stop the germans.

If as g.k thinks a possibility we end up with 10b shares I will be delighted more than diluted. We had that many if the failed stage two had succeeded. I would consider that a result. 15 b wouldn't be the end of the world as long as that was it

I think it shows that the people we are discussing the finance with are also invested and hedged.

I see that as convertible bonds myo. We have a history of preferring that direction and it offers a bonus as you have the lenders ears for further propositions and or extensions of the bond time period. This would give the company control in the future for the beyond woodsmith ventures touted by scotman, also it would allow dividend returns to keep the shareholders happy.

I would suggest that your experience is just what sirius would seek and pay well for. I too am nearing the end of my working life but I have changed jobs recently,its like a breath of fresh air and I would heartily reccomend it.
