I might as well chip in with my take.
None of the stuff we were told from last year is worth a jot. including the hanc0ck mineral resources and shovel ready rubbish. I doubt the application for mining was done correctly and we probably started again just before xmas. Rod clearly didn't have time to run the company including interviews etc. Hopefully the new guy will do an interview soon and put investor concerns to rest. The ball is definitely in their court.

Earlier in the year the i am sure first update had approval in quarter 1 which was quickly modified to quarter 3. The truth is ufo have no control over this and are just trying to manage expectations. It could be passed off and rubber stamped on the 9th may. On the other hand it might not.

I think that was last updated in april 2021 and since then there was the destruction of a heritage cave system by rio tinto or someone else. I think that has been the cause of the delays as increased legislation, regulation and compensation issues have now had to be processed. Its taken me a while to get my head around the delays but i think that's the problem and ufo are probably keen not to antagonize the locals by pressuring them and basically keeping the goodwill factor prominent.

I thought that metaldectors comment was fair enough. Actually i am quite heavily invested here and have been since october 2020. I've no regrets about buying at the high and ive since averaged down. I also think the company could have a very good future. My gripe is the information coming from the board. Its gone from one extreme to the other. Bbg told us stuff that looks like it was fabricated. I dont believe we have been waiting for native aprocal since april last year and the new guy tells us sweet fa. If we want a rising share price, we need new investment. Mining stocks are very low at the moment and that investment is hard to attract. I would like to see more effort in that direction. That is all. I'm not a deramper and i think ufo is better placed that most to return decent growth.
