They won't be in production by september Bob. Its 3 months i believe from mining permission and native agreement to they get started. So i would think earliest possible start is november. So until then i think we might not see any decent gains. So you might need a little more patience. Just be glad you aren't in bluejay

The outlook on iron ore isn't all that good to be fair. The quicker ufo gets into production and takes advantage of present price levels the better. Munni munni is definately the future for ufo. I would to see a resource plan to give us some sort of idea on timescales

I think it was very handy that rod bought those shares off artemis or the s.p. could have totally flat lined. Can't wait for someone in charge who is more share holder friendly though. I don't think this present radio silence is doing anyone any favours and the inference that this is a news worthy period and the news in the very near future statement hasn't helped at all with this.

Its a process and we are in that process.

Not sure they were purposely dragging their feet Damo. They were short staffed and as was documented on here, were openly advertising for a knacks officer to officiate in our domain. I seriously doubt our application was very far on when this person started work in april. The ufo website states knacks agreement due in quarter three and fingers crossed for that.

Now we know that the native title wasn't applied for until the 7th September last year, we know there was no chance to be shovel ready by the end of the year. There would have to be area visits and consultations and surely the knacks people would want to see a breakdown of the mining plan. Spoil etc. I seriously doubt that pre rod taking over that we were anywhere near been shovel ready. We live in hope that we are now operating at a more professional level, but it is only hope at the moment because we don't get to see any evidence of progress as far as the application goes. The sooner we get news of the native title and off take agreements we can breathe a sigh of relief. On a different note i see the traders have moved back on our message board, with attacks on those who offer positive views and information. They search the internet for any evidence of black news for ufo and paste in on here hoping it will persuade a few more to sell up. A quick check of their posting history soon flags up their agenda, unfortunately ufo offer us few sticks in which we can beat off their attacks.

I've just looked at your posting history and some of the negativity is subtle, but most is full on telling us what a poor investment this is. From your point of view i doubt you are invested here, so it does make me doubt your motives. In fact i am pretty sure what you hope to achieve. I've not sold any because of your postings but you are welcome to keep trying
