I'm a bit baffled by napthmans post which he didn't validate or give source.
Apparently the next heritage clearance meeting is february 8th. If our application was in a previous meeting, surely we would have heard the outcome. So where the 31st january or before comes from isn't clear. I am of the opinion that he posted a pointless guess

I'm guessing most of us aren't real investors. I am definitely an amateur and we like talking about our investments. It is a chat room after all. Why would a professional investor even come on here at all

Yes i think clarification would be good, but as metalhead says, i doubt we will get it. Looks to me that we will be waiting until then at least, if they had processed it on a previous meeting we would know.

I'm a bit confused by the WA website, cj. According to that, the next meeting of the Aboriginal Cultural Material Committee is on 8 February this year, to consider submissions made by 7 December 2022. After that, the next meeting will be 7 March, for submissions made by 11 January. Unless my confusion means I'm reading completely the wrong thing, it would appear that heritage certificate turnaround is about two months and they are now dealing with the December batch of submissions. So what has happened to ours?
Could be a month before we get the heritage decision.

I wonder if the applications problems is behind bbg leaving the company as surely he's proved his worth as a geologist . I wonder if problems with the paperwork has caused friction.
However this isn't complicated mineworks. Its shovel and dumper truck stuff. I don't foresee any unsolvable problems. The ducks do seem to be lining up nicely and i don't think wents will be waiting until march.

I'm getting well top heavy in this. Its hard to resist topping up at these prices as news becomes more and more likely

I would love to have a look at the postings on here in 12 months time. Will they be talking about joint ventures on muny muny and Elizabeth hills. Perhaps more tenures will have been successfully applied for. Will the debate be about dividends or increasing the portfolio of ufo. Plenty to look forward to.

Did napthman ever get back to us on his source for the 31st january as the latest heritage agreement date.

So if a months news clearance is needed we could be away two weeks on monday.
