The deal is done which is what I wanted this time last year so happy new year everyone and will leave posting for now because there is no point.

I think we will be selling many projects/areas next year. We will keep the ones with the least cash required and most potential. We will then sell out completely for a packet. CB is in a rush to have one final payday and GLR is the one he is now banking on.

GLR is going for Gold, copper, lithium, nickel and much more in 2023 in many districts - can anyone afford to be on the sidelines. If industrial metals and gold rise next year then we are going to have an absolutely massive year. Happy New year and many, many RNS's to follow.

Actually, I am down overall now we are at 2.5p and my cut off is 3.5p. I do not believe DBA would have invested at 4.5p if EMI was not going for Antonina in the first option. Time will tell.

BricksSA - I don't need a wale up call and considering Denarius are down more than EUZ since the farm in RNS so do other PI's. I do believe people who sell out and lose a huge amount of money become bitter. I actually sold out when EUZ spiked to 27p in August 2000 because they went up on no news but I started buying back too soon. My current average of my current holding is 8p and I own just under 3%. However, I am still up overall. Have a good Xmas everyone and if the deal goes through then the work on the expansion can go ahead and by the way anyone who thinks the Antonina licence could be part of the signed agreement when it is up to the Junta needs a massive wake up and see the doctor.

This is just my opinion but in the farm in RNS it said that they would be looking to get permission for the larger area. However, Denarius I think wanted the Antonina area in the first option but it couldn't be part of the agreement. The signed agreement stands but Option 1 which originally included a larger area is not in the agreement signed on the 23rd. This doesn't mean it is not the aim of EMI it is out of the hands of EUZ and is dependent on the Junta. I suspect due to the increase resources announced, Denarius allowed this to be dropped in the signed agreement. Unless Option 1 shows a large viable resource Denarius is unlikely to move to option 2 and that was always the case. The potential 20% of a mine worth £100 million is still viable and I will put my almost 3% behind the deal. This will take 4 years for option 2 to complete but at value of less than £3 million we are very cheap. I also believe the price of our resources will increase and the PEA could be very good news. Both Denarius and EUZ are cheap and don't reflect the huge potential.

We all have an opinion but I feel the RNS is a summary of why you should vote in favour with details in the signed yes signed agreement missing. You just cannot have Denarius sign an agreement which was put to their shareholders and then change it.
From todays RNS:
Following appropriate due diligence, the Company is satisfied that Denarius has a suitably qualified board and management team as well as access to sufficient funds to be able to, inter alia, properly carry out the planned twin drill programme and complete a preliminary economic assessment to satisfy the conditions to be able to exercise the First Option, and thereafter potentially complete a NI 43-101 compliant pre-feasibility study on the Toral Project and pay US$2 million cash to the Company to be able to exercise the Second Option.

It does not mention the enlarged area but it also does not say the enlarged area is not part of Option 2 it basically is a very poor summary of the Signed agreement RNS which wrongly or not I believe still stands. Yes we now need a PEA in Option 1 instead of a PFS but that was the new information in the Signed agreement RNS.

This RNS to me does not change a signed agreement.

Good RNS and I may buy back in soon. I am committed in other stocks at the moment. I hope it all comes together but the Russian war is still the elephant in the room.

With inflation expectations lowering today in the US the Fed will start to slow their rate increases which is very good news for copper - have just purchased another 500,000.

The number of trades in EUZ is very low so the interest is pitiful regardless of any positive news. It only takes a few large buys to make a difference. Hence, why DBA who must have wanted to increase their stake by 7% found it impossible to buy on the open market. The SP might not move for ages, or a PI might take a position. 1% would cost less than £30,000.

Yes, todays RNS was not the bazooka people are looking for, but it was still a positive RNS which demonstrates that the 1.5 million will be money well spent. Most AIM mining shares are falling back when some good news comes because the wait for another RNS is months away. The money is coming out of AIM mining due to lack of SP performance and only the really excellent AIM miners are not falling - we were up 26% for the year at the end of November - we are one of very few. People are selling due to massive loses elsewhere. We are one company that has limited downside and gigantic upside - we could easily do what GGP or EUA have done previously.
