EUA went down for over 20 years. 4 years ago they had RNS after RNS of good news and no one on the board could understand the SP movement. 3 years ago they were bagged by 10, 2 half years bagged by 100 and with no new discoveries. It is still an 8 bagger from 4 years ago even though thier assets are in Russia. All things being equal GLR is a 20 bagger because things got to extemes.

The 1.65 million trade IMO was a sell which was worked during the day, hence why I was able to buy below mid and there were no sells below 1p.

Bought a million more but the price was 1.015p! So lower than the mid.

SFR are prioritising the GLR licenses because they need to spend £4 million by September and prospects look very good. We just need to sit and wait.

Yes BB most investor have lost money. I sold out in August 2020 at an average price which was over 19p and did not post anything during that period or any negative posts after to get back in cheaper. I think Shed top sliced at over 20p. I then mistakenly got back in and top sliced at around 15p. I then bought in again and my average price before the 2021 October placing was around 8.5p and have kept buying to get my holding back up to just under 3%. My average SP I require to break even is 4.5p when I take all the dealings into account. Yes, I am down but not 99% down.

BB good to know you have sold out. You definitely bought at the wrong time being 99% down. However, have you sold at the wrong time - probably ?

We still own 100% of Toral but moving quickly. Most of EUZ's admin will be via EMI due to EUZ doing most of the work for now. A new project will be required before the end of option 1 when Denarius take over with their 51% - so no more placings for use unless we do find a project to buy and prove up.

Quite often when you try a quote/deal purchase and the stock is tight you get refused and this happens when the MM's are short or long of stock (selling) depending on the price action. So if you want to buy at all cost you ask for at best or put a limit on. At best might still not go through if you are asking for too many and the limit might be too low for the number of shares you ask for so I do understand where you're coming from Barnetpeter even if others don't.

100% owned, EUZ doing the work (Denarius doing technology advice), applying for extra permits close to Toral (yes plural) - who said we haven't any say in Toral! Spending most of the budget in 12 months - Shed correctly said 3 years was the max but it is moving much quicker now Denarius have the funding. Great RNS

If SFR don't spend the £4 million we get the difference

I think Colin is in a rush to extract as much value out of the portfolio. The last time the SP spiked at the end there was a RNS - otherwise the SP will go back to 1.025p.

Buying an area with an exploration license does not cost that much and most companies buy them with shares and a cash sweetener. The initial work these days involves helicopter surveys to find the best places to drill. Most exploration licenses would already be drilled by the big boys or and they left the mine due to the price of the resource and uneconomical. The big cost is when you need to to prove the resources to complete a PFS which EUZ shareholders have found out the hard way not the initial drilling to infer what is there. CB finds areas that could initial require an open pit which pays for the work required for proving the resources which are much deeper. The answer to raising money will depend on the area but for any new exploration license a cash raise would be normal practice to carry out the required drilling. EUZ have trimmed their costs lately and it is a shame that they focused on Toral when they should have been working on other areas considering the administration costs over the last 5 years. I am dyslexic so my posts might be a bit unclear - the funny thing is that I was diagnosed after I had completed a PhD viva.

Shed I have just worked out that any PI who did not take up the RI or the placement would have been diluted by 80% and the SP is down 50% since the deal.

That is great news for EUZ. The warrants attached allow you to exercise at 0.6. This means if Denarius can get the SP over 0.6 they could receive another $24 million (Canadian) . Denarius is now a worthy partner.

Denarius will assemble their own team which EMI will be paying for and might include previous EUZ employees - no cost to EUZ. Miles will be overlooking the situation but EUZ will be concentrating on a new exploration license.

I am happy with EUZ having a share of a much larger cake with no dilution.
I expect an announcement on a new exploration license, maybe in Southern Africa. They do not cost much and we can buy some with shares. Most AIM exploration companies do this and then prove the area up.

Offer fully subscribed and Denarius up 12% - they are also receiving $2 million from Aris for work done on a previous licence that they have handed back - RNS yesterday. Good news for EUZ.
