The company doing the work gets first option to match any offer but are not being paid much upfront for their input unless there is actually something worthwhile at Ferber!

People forget or not knowledgeable enough to realise that we only spent £100,000 on work on the licenses we then sold to Sandfire 3 months later with no drilling being done just an helicopter survey. We received $4 million in funds and a possible $80 million bonus.

For me Ferber is a non-core asset and is likely to be sold sooner or later.

We have no debt and cashed up for at least 12 months. We could have a sale with a low ball offer to satisfy the moaners but I want a transformation deal because with this tax and tax even more government we have in place a low ball offer would be pointless.

Iky you are not green boxed but I can guess that the posts are about management getting their fingure out and actually nothing about what's in the ground. If someone posted that the assets were not worth anything and explained why then I would welcome that post because it is constructive even if I disagree. Cjen I would like a choice of shares or cash which I've seen before but might be expensive to implement. 70% of my shares are in my SIPP with HL and I know they will be OK but my Barclays ISA doesn't acknowledge Denarius so I think I might have to take them outside. If they pay a final dividend then you and especially the directors will pay tax on it held outside a ISA or SIPP. In context of the RNS 'Expanding' might just mean start mining asset G and so producing copper there
