We are always negative. Spread betters moved in when the price went up, spreadex was forced to do the placement and we raised money we initially did not need but will be needed next year, at 12.75 the price looks good and we might not need to have anymore dilution other than the warrants. Spreadex was always going to be a short-term holding. All good

It might also be that more PI's have opened up sell's (shorts0 which now matches Spreadex's liabilities so needed to sell their shares

Why announce they have less than 3% if they have not sold and it happened when the share price was week - spread betters have closed buys and spreadex have sold shares

Spread betting companies buy shares to match their liabilities from PI taking bets. I suspect spreadex needed to be part of the placement to match clients who got in a lot higher(buying on the secondary market would push the price up and they would lose more). The RNS did say EUZ raised a million more than they initially asked for. Most people on spreadex can only lose a certain amount and I applied for an account but did not like the small print that says we will automatically close your position if you lose a certain amount I think 25%. Spread betting AIM is not good. This is why EUZ went up so quickly and has now fallen to a silly level. Spreadex will have made loads but their clients will have been burnt. I thought this when I heard they were part of the placement . This is good news because the spread betting traders might have left but will be back if we start to rise again.

EUA is worth £950 million and yet most of thier resources have not been proven. EUZ is worth £4.5 million. I have more money in EUA but has Shed said and I repeat this share will some time between now and the recognition/proof that what we have is big will fly.

We have had our speeding ticket and another placing is extremely unlikely for 12 months. In fact, it is possible we are funded for PFS completion. I don't believe in the RNS in the morning because you've had a 25% rise but I do believe in PI's selling and chasing other shares for a quick buck. The fundamentals are there to be seen and I expect positive RNS's going forward and hopefully soon. Due to its huge rise in July this could move (yes on speculation) because we are due good news soon and dilution is not going to happen for a long time. Hold on to your seats and let's see the speculators come to the party once again.

The Tories are not brilliant but I believe in capitalism and they are the only ones who do most of the time. Everything else is window dressing. The last and only time a labour government thought about companies they raided the pensions of everyone at all levels of income, had an illegal war and created a country full of social snobs the very people I distaste more than anyone else. No more talking about politics for me, has EUZ price bottomed.

I realise we are all disappointed about the delay for Star Zinc and Glenover. However, Star Zinc is still going to be producing soon and I Glenover they have a re-think and which will mean a much bigger prize at the end so I don't think we should worry yet.

To make my self clear pre offer I expect the price to struggle to past 40p, on offer I expect it to double or treble and post offer I expect the SP to be close to the offer price. A company worth more than £1.1 billion pre offer would be outrageous but I would love it to happen and more.

The interims forces the company to give an update or be suspended if an interim is not given. So they had to say something, who knows when the legal team was in place but it would not need an RNS. However, I expect the SP to double or treble on announcement of the offer/dividend rather than the SP to move towards it because we will find it hard to find enough new PI's to buy the traders sells to get it close to an offer price. Unless the resources are not there in the quantity we all expect and then the SP might reach a peak. Ian I am going for a 70p dividend for selling 80% of MT. This is a good BOD and I want to be able to invest in them for future projects.

Thatcherism was what this country needed. Before this period people were being employed to a poor job with tea breaks we were the laughing stock of Europe. Blair made the country into a load of social snobs who moan about everything but couldn't get thier hands dirty. There is no place for politics when you should take responsibility yourself for investing and losing money.

Anyone who can guarantee that the shares will be below 50 or 32 p are shorters trying to encourage people to sell. A successful financing in it itself will be positive and that wil not be known until pos RI when the SP should rise. In between the SP will be volatile. I am gambling that the financing will be enough and if so I will be quids in.

I have just bought in at £1.08 and the risks are large due to the momentum of shorting. I feel that all the negativity is good for the SP short term and if the fund raising is successful then there's breathing space. The government will not want RR to fail so I suspect they will offer more loans down the road if needed. The company should have raised money in April when the SP was much higher which has decimated LTH's. This is a bet on Covid and the air industry. If RR comes through the Covid 19 and due to very little competition and an an industry too expensive for a new companies then they will be back. The potential is huge and so are the risks. At an average of 50p that valuation is £4.7 billion which for a company that had turnover of £19 billion is very low and I expect the price to be nearer to £1 at the end of the year.

EUA is up 32% that is £200 million up on the day - this will initially drain support for other AIM mining shares even EUZ but they will be back especially if EUA get a good deal.

Shed I think the EUA RNS was very good news and a sale is days/weeks away not months. The banks were announced just over 11 months to do some digging but a formal sale was in July this year. EUA have kept increasing the area to mine during the process with a huge license announced last month even. They also have been mining 3 years and already have funding in place for their big project. They could go it alone but that is risky. However, EUA's mine is in Russia. EUZ will be a much simpler sale if and when the time is right. If EUA does sell for a large amount then other AIM mining projects will get a huge lift.

The world markets are all over the place and AIM is the private investors casino. Any one who owns more than one share on AIM can see that it is so not about investing in the real world. Shed is right this all about money moving around. If EUA had their £2 billion bid tomorrow then EUZ would fly. Not only do you have EUA you have GGP and many others where PI's have committed life savings to be fully invested. The institutions investors are still in the main on the sidelines so when a company is not delivering any news constantly PI's move on and shares fall - it has nothing to do with value. There's only so much PI money that can be committed on AIM. This time last year EUA made some noise about its plans it went up 30% but fell back to what it was and then 23rd October 2019 a day I will never forget it doubled and then doubled again on the Monday and by the Friday it had doubled again on news of a possible sale. There was no other news the assets had not changed until a few weeks when there was an large increase of still unproven assets which they now just lately have a license for. However, palladium it's main resource was on the up and rising. It is now 50 times more than what it was 12 months ago. The point is when things move they can move very quick. BB EUA 's share price was £3 in 2001 it was listed in 1995 oldest share currently on AIM and 12 months ago it was .4p it is now at 20p still 15 x lower than its peak. If EUZ does have the resources and Zinc/lead/silver do keep rising then this share is worth closer to a £1 a share than it's current price. The price will just keep rising and EUZ is far closer to this outcome than it was 12 months ago and miles closer than 5 years ago. In fact, it will not be the LTH's who will push EUZ and see the rewards it will be new PI investors who see the potential while others sell out 12 months too early. I remember trying to explain in June that EUZ could be massive and that has not changed for me it has the potential to blow your minds.
