BB mates or not he has raised the cash and quite honestly it is good he has raised the money overnight. Yes I would have gone for a RI but that wouldn take time and SP could fall below the RI price and it fails. This could have been so much worse. Everyone could have bought at 5p, LR paid 12.75p for more skin in the game and we still hopefully have good mets round the corner. I have said many many many times on this board to give some reality checks AIM mining companies have to raise money and I expect a placing every year on every share I buy and you should try and factor it to any price you pay for a share.

Pre consolidation how many LTH's were moaning LR has no skin in the game and that he should buy some share at 5.5p to give the share confidence - well he has just paid 12.75p. Everyone had the chance to buy at 5p on AIM post consolidation .

The placement price was on a 22.7 % discount so 0.773 × 16.5 = 12.75p. The share price is holding up OK and if the price falls below 12.75 you are getting them for less than the directors. One quandary if post consolidation LR had said he would be buying shares in a placing for 12.75p what would you have said or done?

Would a placing be better after the perfect RNS when the share price goes through the roof and the investor community is getting on board (less dilution but sentiment affected at the wrong time) or after some constructive RNS's and the share price is over 3 times it's lows of 5 weeks ago. If the share price had stayed at 5p post consolidation the dilution would have been 3 times more or LR would have had to wait for hopefully good mets results for the placement. To me this is an opportunistic fund raise to get the bad news out of the way. On a personal note I never buy in on a spike of a share.

I was thinking that they would need to raise money but thought/hoped it would be a RI rather than a placing. This should not be a surprise mining companies raise money every year through placings to keep going but it is better than a loan or convertible loan stock. At least it is now done and dusted for 12 months and LR can get this to the next stage which will unleash value. The share will fall today but I still believe good news is around the corner. However, I cannot deny this a kick in the teeth for LTH's. I am the eternal optimist and that at least the bad news is out and someone paid a lot more than the 5p post consolidation price. So when the good news comes and base metals carry on their recovery there will be nothing in the next 12 months to hold the SP back. Definitely one step back today but now we can concentrate on the assets.

I see HZM as à fantastic long-term play on nickel/batteries with most of the news out there and for AIM mining relatively safe, predictable and could be a long-term multi-bagger holding. EUA is more speculative especially at these prices but an end game could be close.

Copper, silver, zinc these are the metals which will be required to complete the upcoming huge infrastructure spending that the governments of the world are going to bring forward in the next 5 years. This company is looking good.

I now have 8 million which is just over 1% and my average is below .8 which I think is good value. Sold some EUA to pay for them. This share is massively undervalued like EUZ was and soon the rest of the market will catch up.

This is about EUA I don't promote other shares because I just feel people who do lose credibility. However, just look at the explorers/minors who have the metals required to make batteries.

Ì have free shares here now and EUA is still my largest holding. I do think the valuation is already high and there is a risk of over exuberance but we could be close to a mega deal. I did sell/trade 3/4 of my initial holding to invest/trade other stocks mainly aim. Yes I could have been 60% higher in wealth today if I had not sold but I have now a portfolio of potential stocks which are aimed mainly at the great need for batteries in the future. I feel I have many potential multi-bagger's which are more likely than EUA will deliver.
Thie issue for me is that EUA is so liquid, I have work colleagues and family invested in it but it was news to me. My wife was telling me about EUA which makes me a little bit nervous.
They say you should follow the money, the trend is your friend but deep down I am value investor who tries to find oversold shares which EUA definitely is not.
The management have done an amazing job and the RNS today kept that theme going today. I want EUA to sell Monchetundra quickly, pay a big dividend and mine the rest because platinum is in my opinion extremely cheap. Going it alone with developing Monchetundra is far too risky.

I think this is more positive for GRL than EUZ - I'm hoping this will move forward soon and with the rise in zinc and silver will only push the share to multi-bagger hopefully very soon.

So if we get Eu money will it be a loan or a grant both will be non dilutive. A loan means we have debt and will mean we need to get this moving and start refinancing when the mine is profitable. The EU grant might only be given if other means of funding have been exhausted which would suggest LR would not be able to put forward EUZ has a no brainer to investors. I have applied for EU grants and you have one projection for the bank and one to get the grant. Not deramping just food for thought

Additionally, I bought the million share trade today it was buy not a sell.

I have now bought quite a few shares this week I have traded it a bit first which is what I tend to do. I bought some in December last year for 0.45p and again in March at around 0.3 and sold at 0.65p on the spike because I had made a £1,000. In fact, this is the first time I have bought back at a higher price for a share. I feel that the assets are compelling and this can definitely be a multi-bagger which is what I search for in a share.
I also want to commend this board for it's stellar research.

Oiltap -the similarities are , zinc (base metals), CB, the de-rampers are sayings a placing is coming, I do realise they're at different stages and GLR has possible assets to sell. However, it is so difficult to put a value on an asset without trying to compare with other mining companies.

Sadly I feel that the share will fall next week unless we get the results. Even though l do think the shares are worth at least 15p.at this moment in time £5 million cap.
