I posted a while ago that i thought it was something other than the ML outside of harls control that was holding the FID up .The fact JW is saying progress on the cavern projrct long term future has progressed and its more significant than a 55milliin contract may add some thing to my theory .Progress would be premature without the result of the judicial review so something crucial to the project has been resolves and i assume its related to the potential supplier gas..The killik percentage will in my view be part of that gas supply.

Ghana is a world class asset in a proven area and it has worth.Clon cannot do it on their own and need a partner or consortium to develop it.Think about it ,would be allowed in for 10% of tha australian assets unless they brought something to the table?.The recent drill in my opinion was more about the data than flowing hydrocarbons and that data could have been for the consortium that may be partnering us ,not only in ghana but also on an asset in nigeria.Time will tell.

Ive been banging the drum on the subject of something outside of harl holding up the gas cavern project and on tuesday the nigerian national petroleum company is inaugurated as a limited company.not a coincidence that island magee is progressing.The fid will include the NNPCL in my opinion.Just in time for the harl webinar...expecting firewrks soon

On tuesday the new NNPCL will be unaugurated as a listed company and it could be this change is pivotal in copls nigerian aspirations.
