George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Has potential for takeover, but the Board have stated that they (and their largest shareholder) wish to take the Company through to production. Hostile bid would of course add monetary value say £1.50 - £2.00 if comparing value against other similar sized producers. But at the end of the day if the major shareholders don't agree to it (including the Ghanaian Sovereign Wealth Fund who will be investing soon) it won't happen.
Goolang, I doubt you will have time to do any research or listen to this excellent podcast from Market Musings and their interview with Neil Herbert. But this will allay all your fears about Atlantic Lithium. The initial 10 minutes or so is more about Neil's previous ventures but then it kicks on with some really good detail about our Company.
Once you have given it a listen, you should come to the conclusion that Atlantic is going to be a mega company in a couple of years' time. But I don't think research is your thing.

Unfair to have a dig at the Company for matters outside of their control. We're almost there, as I stated last week unless you are a trader or in desperate need for immediate cash then a couple of weeks delay is neither here nor there. Let the Star Vally / Predator Team(s) have their Christmas at home with their families and kick on first week of January.
Teddy, I agree - 40p is the dip. Picked up 26k at just above that price earlier.
Picked up 390k so far this afternoon, more to come (MM's allowing). Thank you sellers
IMHO this will be mid to high 50's by Jan 1st. Excellent fundamentals, great management team and a Santa rally will get us there. Note - I've been wrong many times before lol. But in all seriousness, this is one of the best stocks out there.

Delete the spaces in link for this morning's chat between Justin Waite and Neil Herbert. Worth listening to.
I agree Not2sure, who is Anna Boldiston (aged 58)? What does she bring to the party? What role exactly is an 'Alternate Director'?
Hopefully she brings a wealth of experience in something relating to the role...
From April 2023 the capital gains tax threshold will be halved, taking it from £12,300 to £6,000. It will then be cut to £3,000 from April 2024. Dividend allowance will be cut from £2,000 to £1,000 pa.
Make sure you use up your full stocks and shares ISA allowance of £20,000 pa.
So, when we see that PRD RNS later in December starting with the words "We are delighted to announce...." and next year, should the Company consider paying one-off dividends you don't want to get caught out by the thieving taxman.
Thanks Chuck1971
What are the forecasted Opex US$/t for Zulu? I have scanned the most recent financial reports and can't find reference. TIA
Predator should offer the LNG gas storage infrastructure at Ram Head to the UK government. That would get those Irish politicians asses into gear. Nothing moves faster in Ireland than stopping the Brits getting something...
I think if you have found a truly great share to invest in, you buy and stick with it. If the shareprice falls, you buy some more.
In my 30 years (plus) of investing, Atlantic Lithium looks like one of the best medium / long-term investments I have seen. I know there is no such thing as a sure thing, but this comes pretty close.
To know if you have found a truly great share you have to have to do a hell of a lot of research and keep at it. Follow experts and connections on Twitter, search for news daily, keep a look out for macro issues e.g. I always watch (record) Aljazeera News in case Ghana crops up and CNBC halftime in case Piedmont is mentioned.
As for trading shares, I've been there and done it but eventually got caught out by sudden movements which wiped out profits at a stroke.
What I really like about Atlantic (aside from the fundamentals) is the quality of the announcements, the transparency and the regular updates, it's a credit to all the Board members.
But back to my original point; everyone has a different strategy - so good luck all.
Long memory - you ramped it up when you bought, deramped when you sold. Lost all creditability thereafter.
Well done GK - a lot more of that to come! Enjoy
I agree SP. Atlantic is a very good company. Pensana could take a leaf out of their book re good clear regular updates.
Interesting that Atlantic Lithium Ltd spun off its gold assets in Côte d'Ivoire into Ricca Resources Ltd and now Ricca are spending up to US$18.6m in Firering Strategic Minerals plc to advance the Atex Lithium-Tantalum Project. Looks like Ricca could be a decent bonus for long term investors.
Respectfully disagree. 120p is far too cheap.
Deciphering last week's interviews, it appears that the Board and its major shareholders (notably Assore 22.65%) have decided that the route for high shareholder returns is to take the project through to production. If you can afford to sit out the next couple of years you will be handsomely rewarded.

One interesting point of note from the presentation is that Atlantic Lithium will be meeting Ghana's Minerals Income Investment Fund (MIIF) in the next couple of weeks re potential investment in the Company. It would, of course, be up to the Fund to decide whether it wants to. But (it was stated) that the potential investment might tie in nicely with any additional funding that might be required once Piedmont's US$103m investment limit has been reached.
A great presentation and a very useful Q&A session which every shareholder (or potential investor) should listen to.
