To me the key statement there,is their confidence in this project becoming an operating mine.

Well they've got $A 3 m in the bank, 3.7m fro Alkane and potentially 3.5m from Pacton.
They spent less than 2m last quarter so that should be plenty.
Assuming a successful PFS that's nearly 1/3 rd of KRS market cap virtually in cash !!

I thought DR wants to take CAI into production as that is where the big delivery is.

Now $ 1755 oz
From what I can see CAI gold is valued at less than $ A50 oz
With an AISC of say $ 1000 oz that leaves a profit of £A755 oz
Even I can work out that is some mark up

You know better than me but I can't see as many CAI shares being sold as you think, anyway there will always be buyers. Just because KRS holders can trade CAI shares doesn't mean they will sell them..........and if they do there will be buyers because CAI shares will be worth what they are worth.

The more dilution the better.............if it's for a good reason.
Would rather have a smaller piece of a bigger cake........improves liquidity, reduces volatility, increases chances of successful PFS etc

Happens every morning, don't know why.
Only usually accurate if both bid and ask move.
