If you listen to the Vox Audioboom Q & A last summer Russell said they would need a company reconstruction to distribute the shares-don't know why though.

Not sure it's anything to do with that........ a lot of similar companies eg DCY,DEG haven't done very well either.

I am not saying it's behind schedule by much but that's irrelevant.(originally the resource upgrade was late last year, DR said late Jan, early Feb last time he spoke)
All I am saying is that I don't believe the company will be in a position to distribute the CAI shares on 22/06. They will need to complete the PFS and undertake a company reconstruction; that won't happen in 5 months.Hope I'm wrong.

You are correct but CAI seem to be behind schedule. The PFS was due to be completed before 22/06 but this does not now seem to be the case. The shares won't be distributed until the Performance Shares are issued.

Yes but the PFS won't be completed before June, and then they will have to do a " company recondtruction "- so might be a little time yet.

Not sure CAI shares will be distributed then though.
