I said the other day about the population is unhealthy ,
but this is not the HMG Fault ,
we are responsible for our own vehicles and have a duty of care to ourselves,
many many people are well over weight and with other health problems and on good benefits each month ,
if they get healthy they will lose their benefits and would have to do some work
i know of many like this , i got of my backside this year and got my cholesterol down 15% during lockdown.
these people do need some support from their doctors to encourage them for healthier lifestyle
instead the doctor who do not have alot of time keep pumping drugs to support .
but there is alot of junk food advertising which is the Government's reasonability to act on.

people need to get out more and be with nature , trees remove negativity
they have found People with PTSD benefit from walks nature trees etc
mother came from poor back round , everything you needed for medicine was around you in the forest / hillsides etc ,
herb and remedies she used ,not are in pill form
there is alot we can learn from what's around us and nature

my cholesterol was slightly high last year , my diet is very good and i am active
i managed to get cholesterol down by 15% during lockdown ,plenty of walking and slightly better diet.
doctor rang me and said what ever you are doing keep it up.
i acted when i found out it was high ,didnt sit on my backside and take statins.
there should be more encouragement from GP,S to get people active and change lifestyle instead of pumping Drugs.
high cholesterol may be genetic ,and as you say may have its benefits .

TBH i am not a great believer of taking Drugs

i think as we all know most medicines have some sort of side affects
its a small percent ,but there are risks.
i got nothing against the vaccine
it will bring Covid in Check ,
was just my opinion that the whole population doesn't need it to make a difference
prioritise those who need it first

i am handling items that may covid jems on them
i then transfer the jems to others and other items
am i not spreading the virus
