Augusta, one of my main bug bears is GPUs. Many airports don’t have the electrical infrastructure to Plug you in when pulling on stand. This would negate the usage of the aircraft APU reduce starting cycles on it as well as noise reductions.
Tugs would be a good candidate for battery vehicles as the weight would be an advantage when using towing bars. Scoop tugs less so.
