If you look at the youtube channel just have a think, there is discussion about the 1million volt electricity highway in China. It mentions the huge amounts of renewable power generation built in the East of the country and the fact they are having to turn it off due to oversupply. An ammonia production from excess renewable energy would really start to drive down fuel costs for fuel cells.

The construction will be via tender and any any requirements on power supply limitations wrt fuels would have to be contained within the tender document.
Anything else isn’t enforceable. After to contract is won then it’s down to the contractor.

Bana, I didn’t mention health and safety but these are regulated by the health and safety executive and companies are under legal obligation.
WRT green initiatives, these unless mandated by the client or by legislation are option for the contractor.

In my view the solid and liquid will be two separate markets. Stationary liquid, solid mobile or space contained. Solid will carry a higher price for that compact package.

In the past its been widely stated that developments in motorsport have found their way into mainstreams vehicles. Mostly in engine technology and electrical control systems that have saved a huge amount of Co2 and other emmisions compared to cars of the 70-80.

There are many things we could remove form modern life which would improve the environment and the ecology of the planet. I remember when in Nosy Be Madagascar seeing a family sitting outside their home which consisted of 4 wooden posts and some corrugated steel eating on the mud.
Not a huge impact on the planet but also not the way most want to live their lives nowadays. The key is to find ways to enrich our existence while limiting the effect on the planet.
If you really want to make a difference, stop having kids. The explosion of humans from 1900 is the most unsustainable thing and cutting our individual carbon footprint will only go so far. These people need to be fed, clothed educated etc etc all creating a stress on the environment. From the 1970s the population growth rate has nearly halved but a 1% growth rate on 7.8 billion people is still a huge increase.
So what am I trying to say? We are here on the planet to live and life should be full of experiences an enrichment. For some its music for others its sports. We should all have the expectation that we can live our life to the full.
If you take away the very reason most of us enjoy life then why bother, that makes us slaves to the tax system and they may as well just plug us in like the film Matrix.
AFC and other companies are creating solutions and making these visible and the population having an expectation that companies and government use best available technologies for our benefit is helped by exposure like ExE.
