They wouldn’t have paired up if they didn’t think it was a good use of their time and resources....

As for real value, I’m not sure anybody knows. If you make a comparison to the dot com rises, in my view this was driven by new technology massively expanding into everyday life. It collapsed in the end but h2 has a more definitive purpose that’s difficult to undermine. Climate change reduction is a long term project and there will need to be many green initiatives over 20-30 years to repair the damage. Legislation is forcing change and the green energy business is only at the start of the growth cycle.
As difficult as it is to sit and watch these price changes, the revolution is coming!
Hopefully AFC products will be one suite of solutions the world is going to need.

The gov may have plans for h2 but they won’t have plans for AFCenergy specifically.
They develope a framework with funding attached and then it will be down to private finance, tender or grants.

The markets are playing with the current global situation, the world will start turning again soon with the vaccine role out and the markets will gain more confidence then.
This time it’s not really the fault of AFC. But they need to keep the pressure on to get products out the door with ABB and Ricardo.
An Alkamem update would be nice as well guys....

And it was the "everything" word that is ridiculous. Start major manufacture of Alkamem, would a bank fully fund this with no historic income? Maybe, maybe not. But the company would proper I'm sure so a bit of dilution on that particular case wouldn't upset too many I think. I could hypothesise more but I won't....

The RNS is fairly clear though for any that want to know what is supported by the fundraise.

Rennocks stumped up cash, others have taken options and I’m sure some in pension schemes.
The real problem are the shares held by ii investors at a discount. Maybe Schroeder’s think they will get some more cheap ones on the next funding but I think most shareholders hope commercial orders will finance things going forward with the current cash in hand.
Either way, it’s encumbant on Bond to keep the price up to reduce dilution if there was to be a fundraise in the future.
