It could only be to fund an extremely large order otherwise there is no justification. Not saying your right or wrong but if its a huge order then it probably doesn't matter much as the share price would rocket with that announcement and enable them to raise at significantly lower dilution.

Its not as if they didn't know about Plug power before, they've not just popped up after the agreement with AFC was inked.
Its a big market and it would be naive to think we would be sole supplier to such a large international conglomerate.
