Look at Covid, wiped a huge percentage off the all companies. Things happen that are not directly connect to the company that affect prices. People saying it’s bond prices at the moment.
I personally believe there will be an oil spike when Covid does one and have put cash into Three separate companies. The markets will rinse profit out of that then move back into the green arena.

And the traders almost certainly did a big of profit taking on the rise from 45p
So people are more tapas type investors than waiting for the full 5 course meal in one go...

Suck it up or let it consume you. I got cheesed off with the volatility and did sell. And while out decided that the underlying opportunity was still good and bought back in. Although a more balanced portfolio has made me more calm.
