The only possible way out of this is to distribute the Circum shares to the shareholders, minus GR as he’s well and truly profiteered from his crap management.

My original concern was the contents of the letter relating to the funding for zimgov. I will be writing to the FCA about both the sale of ARCM and the content of the RNS relating to the 6million. I suggest everybody does the same. If GR is struck off he won’t be able to continue as a director.

Someone pulled it back down so the funds could jump back on board....

In real term what do we need usd for? Digging the decline and stopes can be with local cash. The power connection local money too. That may be enough to get RHA working.

The bottom line is that we ate 6 million somethings better off than we were this morning.
Lets see how the market reacts tomorrow and also whether the accounts get posted. Three strikes and your out GR....
