Was GL left to his own devices for too long? Or lab coats being given too much latitude? Its all surmise but if you look at the way the news is being handled, the management are free from blame. Testing is a prime example. They have had enough milestones to build some real interest in the technology but are silent.

I think they went down a path without enough diversity and were left scrabbling for ideas when the CA market failed to materialise.
As for other issues, there were things said at the AGM that if packaged into good rns and a regularly updated website may have generated a much higher interest in the company coupled with a higher share price. IF they really do have the product ready, this would have enabled the company to build up the product prior to release to market. We only have silence and the odd nugget when they can be bothered.

Bumble, its about winning the financial income war, not the paper based theoretical one.
Bond and co need to come out with orders and income now, the financial package with Thalion has made driving the share price up vital to protect the company and us from excessive dilution.

Gr doesn't want this private as it stops him fund raising easily. When the ability to raise has gone then thats the risk with his, the family trust fund and the huge amount to Mercantile for the paltry loan could adds up to a inside hostile take over.
Is this the plan? Well, we'll have to see but if it goes that way they it could be the start of a shareholder legal challenge.

Mol the easiest way to deal with that is to surcharge the zimgov the difference between $Z and $us
the money can then be used in the drilling program at Zulu if it ever starts up again.

Bottom, the big if is will there be profitable production? History says no. And without the decline shaft, you cant get the tonnage up through the shaft that GR spent a load of cash on and the shaft blocks the "improved" grades of the open pit. Pish poor planning gives pish poor performance.
