Well said Claire Keeley, it seems Ryan is waiting just to see how many people drop dead with cold and hunger in Ireland before he does anything. Its no good putting ur finger in ur rear end after the f**t has gone. Things look more and more dangerous in the world as Russia licks its wounds, and we know what a wounded animal can do when backed into a corner.
We need a government that can step up to the mark when things get tough not turn their back on its people. Grow a pair and do something for God sake.
Don Moore I take my hat off to you, you have hit the nail on the head. This, don't talk about it and it will go away attitude by ministers is nothing short of a disgrace. Mr Ryan will probably be ok for heat this winter but there will be a lot of people in Ireland ( and indeed further a field) who could lose their life because of cold homes.
Do the people in charge in Ireland not realise things can change in this world in a very short space of time ( ask the people in Ukraine) and governments need to be asking the What If ? question a lot more now.
IMHO the global warming problem will not be solved by going cold turkey, this needs a gradual plan but by all the world. I will be surprised if the country's of the world meet their climate change targets bye their projected dates anyway, who's going to police the policy's. Please stop the fu***** around and get ur head out of ur a*** and get the ball rolling on something that should have been done ages ago, go on you know it makes sense Mr Ryan, you owe it to the people of Ireland and the world. Once again 3Cheers for Don Moore.
Slan agat.
Why does it always seem that when PROV rises LOGP dips and sometimes the other way about, and will todays news have an adverse effect on LOGP price, are we in for a good shafting after all this time????. I cant believe PROV was £6 at one time, i guess O"Riley got out at the right time.
i have a trading acc and an ISA acc with ii and pay £9.99 for each per month and commision on buy or sell for what i consider to be a rip off.
does anyone know of a broker ( online broker ) that can provide a better deal than this. i might close one account and just use one or other of these accounts. Am i right in thinking brokers did not always charge a monthly fee???
Can i just pick someone's brains for a minute or so, what happens if Mr Ganfeng comes in with a poor offer to buy Kod and Bernie accepts the offer, some shareholders may not be getting out on the right side ( ie) making money for risk and time spent, do we the shareholders have any say in wether the deal goes through or not? I do accept that its business and any company would want the best deal they can get but i know from experience the Chinese are not out to line our pockets if they can help it. This is AIM and the Chinese we are dealing with ( no disrespects of course ). It sure would be nice to get some sort of update Bernie, do you realise the cost of school shoes, nappies ( diapers ) and all that stuff, come on now lets be having you (He He).
Is there anyone out there who can throw some light, any glimmer of light on this sad stock's existence. Is the Irish government to blame for any hold up or is there just no takers for a JV. Is Providence the problem, I thought that when previous higherarchey were gone things might happen, boy was i wrong. Would self sufficency not be in the interest of the Irish government given the state of the world we live in. What is going on here.
Will the change of Goverment in Oz be any help to us by way of getting this show on the road. What in
Gods name is going on with this Co. Surely its in everyones interest to see this come to market.
The NT needs this to happen, look at the jobs it would bring.
Do we have to many greedy b*****ds at the top table???????
Thanks for that IT guy, so even though they drill on their own land they can still be taping into the same pool of gas or oil below, so does that mean whoever has most wells
drilled into that pool can in theory bring on line more product???????
What does this board think BA might be thinking with him having paid out what i believe to be a large sum of money for the
licence quite some time ago and we are still sitting waiting for something to happen, I know this is a west African country (no disrespects of course to the people or country) but does anybody think that too much time has passed and no news of any kind has been forthcoming. Maybe they are waiting for the conference in Nov to release news but it would be nice to know something encouraging before hand. Any thoughts anyone??
