look at it and maybe accept it for the good of the shareholders.

personaley i do not like this deal i think we are been sold short, very short even the falcon for tbn ************** is rubbish. should this have been put out to tender, would it be right to say this was a cloak and dagger deal. i for one had no knowledge of it happening, i would have expected as a lt shareholder some kind of

heads up. i find it hard to believe that any shareholder long or short term would consider this a good deal for loyal holders. p'o quigley you and your deal stinks.

What happens if we vote against this deal,( do we even have a choice) have we enough clout to stop it and what happens if we dont want to take TBN shares.

As a LT shareholder I, and am sure others are feeling completely sold down the Liffey by Quigley. Given what we have (or had) I see this as a backwards step and not to Falcon shareholders benefit. Crooks at work if you ask me.

Well said Battle, we are in the grip of a very changing and devious world. Energy security is very much sought after, and Eamon Ryan has let the country and the Irish people down big time.
