At 60% Recovery that comes down to 0.1% Magnetics ie 1Kg/t

So they will need to process 1.9Mtpa to achieve their objective

Now look at the Size distribution graphs for Gypsum ~ 0.5% is typically under 1um and 0.1% under 0.5um

So if you are processing 5,000tpd of Stack material, (to get 5tpd MRE's) you will also be getting 25tpd of colloids thru the plant. Ever seen the Crust around an Artesian bore ? most of that is Gypsum !!!!

As I keep on telling you the CIX/CIC process has been well used for decades, But RBW & K-tech have yet to work out how to get it working continuously in real world conditions. Colloids clog capillaries Just ask Jack :)
