My understanding that directors are not allowed to trade either side of AGMs, Financial reporting etc…Could someone please specify the rule?

As promised last week, I waited for my SIPP tax relief to arrive today to invest it in ODX.
I am contented even buying at .46 which was slightly above my planned final top up price as I’m not able to spend hours looking at sp fluctuation and didn’t want to miss this opportunity.
I’ll sit back now, knowing that there might be a few ups and downs along the way to my measured and gradual exit beyond an sp. of £3.

I’m optimistic that our team is doing the business at Medica whilst production is being ratcheted up at Alva.
It’s all coming together so all I need to do is wait patiently. GLA

My average is in the high 50s with my first ODX purchase in April 2020. My research is: presentations by Colin, RNSs, trends in the market, and taking note of favoured contributors (mainly on Twitter). I have a huge list of blocked posters on this BB. I am calmly getting on with it and I am confident I will succeed.

ODX is soon going to be a great investment. DYOR, my research leaves me feeling confident that my 400k of ODX will result in between 1.2 and 2 million early 2022. GLA

Blubutton is doing his/her best to keep the sp down to be able to buy more on pay day. I get that as I’m waiting for my tax relief on my SIPP contribution on 21 Nov, however I’m not prepared to write complete BS with the effect of scaring some investors. Shame on you Blubutton.

Ha! I bought more this week, taking my holding up to c. 400k. I’m more confident than ever of a £3 sp by end Jan 2022. I know that I’ll have held for c. 2 years but I’m looking to clear £1M so I don’t mind being a little patient.

We’ve seen this pattern so many times: News pending + sp drop. Hold for gold!

Low 50s Friday to midweek mid 40s until the rns. I’ll just sit on my hands with my considerable holding. However I might get tempted on payday to top up as it’s midweek . Happy days are close.
