Listen to our latest Investing Matters Podcast episode 'Uncovering opportunities with investment trusts' with The AIC's Richard Stone here.
So your saying at should stick with ffwd? Even though my stalker said I will lose everything and not afford to feed my dog Benson?!
I've gotta feed Benson. It's not his fault his daddy made such an awful investment decision with his hard earned cash?!
Damn.... I'm sticking.... Maybe even gonna twist
I think doggo's posts today are the best posts by far this year that this board has seen. Hats off to him.
If anything, it should just reassure you that even though our sp is down in the basement....
Bigger picture.
Well done doggo
Net assets in 2017 were 5 million dollars, turnover of .5 million. But since then the customer base has quadrupled and turnover trebled I think.
So.... Taking its growth into account and future net assets. I'm thinking 12 million dollars total worth. So about 5-6 million to us.
If it's half our current mcap then that would be great. If it's more, then that would be heaven
Juvenescence:
1.) By the end of the year, they willl have 18 investments, all controlled by juv.
2.) IPO – will be in the 1st quarter of next year on the us stock exchange, market conditions permitting
3.) IPO – will enable x5... THATS X5......, Phase 2 trials WITHOUT partners
4.) The team at Juv is .... collasal
EMMAC:
1.) IPO next year - again subject to market conditions, but they are on an aggressive grwoth strategy to gain market share, as they will need to be.
LEAP:
1.) What i consider to be the safety net. Irrespective of the current SP levels, this stops me panacking completely. Sell this, and we fly
FACTOM:
1.) Not desperate for cash, already revenue generating, no immediate rush for Series B
2.) Targeting the right markets
FINALLY:
1.) Portfolio is exteremly diversified, meaning relativley low risk, meaning its why i can make this the biggest holding i have, ready for the day (which will come), that i can reward my patience.
Am i selling.... ?
Shares are now getting sticky. LTHs not budging
deep... deep... down.... i love you doggo....
its a strange relationship though :-)
We are looking good. Don't worry.
X
That you don't :-)
Agreed rich. Market is AWFUL. Just got to be patient and be positive as we can be.
We believe in the portfolio. Well 70% in my case but luckily we are getting out of the ones I don't like anyway. So overall pretty happy.
There is nothing else to say really. Just hold tight and don't panic
agree rich, as i said previously, im prepared for this. patience is one of my biggest strengths. everyhting looks seriously down atm. its not a fault of ffwd. just got to weather this baby out
well... looks like my prediction I made to Rich was sadly correct. Im not going anywhere though
I'm hibernating lol
Rather than leave the board. I will block him. That's a much better idea
Interesting. SoulDoubt. Ok. Pretty obvious you are gunning for me.
Seabridge, jobmove... You even know my dogs name??
Ok guy's. So this is where I have been warned by advisors. And so it's time for me to say goodbye to this board.
I have actually enjoyed the last year but hey... Things change.
You will see me in twitter and if course bookmark jobmove.
I wish all ffwd holders all the best. Myself included!
Best regards.... Chilston.. David seabridge. Jobmove. Owner of Benson.... My dog
I am completely confused baffled and bewildered as to why a company would change its name and then immediately change it again. I for one do not see it as a positive at all. Changing direction means current direction isn't working. Changing it again.... Soon after?! Shocking.
Still.... It's not one of our primary holdings so I'm not really all that bothered.
Long as factom, leap, juv and emmac hold good, which I don't see why not, then the rest of the portfolio can be dumped into room101 for all I care, sell them and diversify elsewhere.
As for our long awaited results. Jim was on holiday in Ibiza last month, so probably has given his approval yet lol
I agree the board has been good the last 3 weeks. Long may it continue. I must be the only one who doesn't read O'Donnell posts. It's a form of hypnosis
Haha!
I prefer to just simply close my eyes. Drink red wine.
11 months in the red, 45% down at times. I'm entitled to a couple of wobbles!
