Yeah I agree, if your buying in now I would think you would participate. If they started trying to use a cut off and give ex holders a part of the distribution it would get messy and costly. That's why I think anyone would be mad to sell at the moment. IMO only. GLA

Hi SD, I agree the tone at the meeting was that relisting was some time off. I was surprised at what Trevor said myself. Its difficult how to interpret exactly where we are with this company to be honest. GOS's core business does seem to be doing well and we always have our CQCL shares too and encryption keys, when they come to fruition. It would be nice to see some finer details e.g. is Smart desk our best product or is it our communication solutions. I still feel there is some wider game plan we are not yet fully aware of. I remain hesitantly optimistic. Also if the whole project was going to crash and burn I think that would have happened some time ago, therefore our continued existence is a positive in itself. Also the funding raised prior to de-listing (which in my opinion was someone dropping the ball, I don't think they originally planned that, or, they did it on purpose to get out of the Canadian listing issues which they didn't fully appreciate.) Either way ITS is the outcome they wanted and our private company existence at the movement is probably conducive to steady 'critical mass' build up. (That the term they keep saying to me and on the calls.) Ps. enjoy your contributions too.

Averaged down 7 times. My first buy was around 4p which would be £2 new money!! Scary when you look at how much this has declined over the years. However, although not the greatest, the CD cap deal will unlock value at long last IMO. I just hope they move quickly and the process is clear. None of the smoke and mirror rubbish we are used to. It all seems a load of rubbish to me as I can't see how you can say the below in an RNS if not true and ours was only two tranches. What gave me a shadow of doubt was the other share example from 2105. Does anyone have a view? He is a holder for sure. Just fed up with the BOD. We are still below consolidation price and the rights issue. Let alone when a lot of us invested years ago. Remember CD cap are PE so there is a good chance they will take to feasibility and flip to a big player. That alone is a positive, plus it's not the old BOD running the show. The BOD who do have a gold background will be stronger with our new assets. Mira looks good on the old data, but Teso could be a very interesting proposition when drilled. This has seen a massive drop due to lack of confidence in the BOD and an unfortunate legal issue with Moll (our smaller asset) the rest of the assets have a lot of potential value, and now we have some II's back and therefore more shares in sticky hands. Things are looking up, at last.

The distribution will likely take the form of a separate shareholding in LCH, a new listed entity. We also have a big gold resource. Both the copper and gold play are funded. It's about time this went ape-****. FYI RFC Ambrian gave a broker note on this 1 Feb 2017. Target price AUS0.6 so approx 36p which is a 6 bag from the price now, even after a 30% rise. Stoned have you manged to talk to the company, I have tried to call and only get the secretary and email but never get a response. Complete radio silence. Do you think the 6m offloaded on the NEX, as one sale a week or so ago, was CC's holding?
