Got a letter from my broker today re my top up last week. "We have been unable to source stock for the trade, we are seeking to obtain" They had already issued a contract note. Maybe less liquidity and more demand that it appears. If Clayson and YA are out fully, we could see the tide turn. Hopefully we rise prior to consolidation, then they roll out the funding plan after. Gla "Los Calatos is on care and maintenance until completion of the CD Capital transaction.  As announced previously the CD Capital transaction is expected to be completed mid-October 2016. We are on track for that to occur and will make an announcement accordingly"

Thanks for posting that. What doesn't seem right is the fact under GOS it states 'Nature of Business: Dormant' That is clearly not the case as they are recruiting as we have seen. Don't get these accounts, unless it really was dormant up until 31 December 2015.

Best case scenario is the placing brought a ii on board who is accumulating now. Worst case is this is being manipulated so the placing can be flipped. As usual rubbish comms from the BOD we had no idea this was coming and how it fits into the plan.

Reads like Tainton will be appointed to the new Los calatos holding company. But as usual they are as clear as mud!

We should be due an uplate fairly soon: "CD Capital and the Company are targeting settlement in late August or early September" Once the money flows hopefully it will clear up a few things. Interview was ok, after discussing bringing back ii's and it being a game changer, I wish he had asked WH how he planned to do this and what he had already done. Whatever is the reality, I think we will know their hand by mid September. When the 1st CD tranche lands and we will see how that cash is dealt with.

The reason I doubt that view is this: "Now that funding for the Los Calatos Project is secured the Company is currently evaluating funding alternatives to progress the Miraflores Project through to completion of the Feasibility Study." Why say that if they already have a plan? Hmm smoke a mirrors as usual. I think WH could play the riddler from Batman.
