Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Email reply. They usually come back in a few days.
Technical issues with distribution, they are working on them. Feasibility work continues at Los C. PE co's don't muck around. Mira work on track for planned production Q1 2019. Redfield must like what they have seen. Stay strong TAS. Value will come eventually. I still expect to treble what I have put in.
Yes quite possibly. We have heard nothing on CD cap activity either, have they been drilling? Are they planning on taking tranche 2?
First payment, it was the 24th. We haven't even had an update, let alone an actual distribution in what ever form. They are not good at managing expectations at all. Very disappointing. Still bullish medium term on the Mira plan.
SPA said in a broker note they saw significant value above the 16p a share the CD capital transaction values our stake. All gone very quiet on that front. Due an update on distribution as 6 months is Monday. Mira FS due in 5 weeks. Things could, at long last, start to go our way if we get a credible plan for the distribution and Mira production. Just maybe some positive market sentiment. Can't even remember what that feels like here!
It's the 24th. But it was best endeavours. I don't think we will get an update this month based on what has been communicated recently. There are some legal issues as I understand it. My personal view is that we will get multiple updates and clarity at the end of May when the feasibility on Mira gets released. I think they realise the need for high impact with solid results & plan. Whether we will also actually get to hear what CD capital have been doing with drills is anyones guess. We are now the minority shareholder. Till then its hold with courage and watch Lanstead benefit from the low share price with this crazy sharing agreement, at our expense of course. All IMO, DYOR, GLA
It's positive to see they have a long term view by making the appointment. I have asked the board via email what his remuneration will be and how much of his time he will be devoting towards the company.
Looking good, they are getting involved with the NQIT program, which has £270m of Gov funding. Now where are GOS's keys! " Collaboration with NQIT March 12, 2017 Cambridge Quantum Computing are very pleased to have won a prestigious EPSRC grant to develop a compiler module for the UK’s flagship quantum computing hub in Oxford, NQIT. Building a quantum computer as a network of smaller devices is central to the NQIT idea. However, quantum algorithms are typically given in a high level mathematical language, and are usually not designed with a granular network in mind. CQC’s compiler project, that is built on groundbreaking work completed last year, will address this problem by exploring the challenges and potential gains of compiling quantum algorithms (or quantum programs) onto a network quantum computer such as NQIT. CQC’s compiler module will be able to evaluate alternative physically realistic network graphs allowing us to understand how much connectivity is useful for NQIT and inform us how one of the first large scale quantum computers can be made to operate at maximum efficiency. Was stated as 13/3 on Bloomberg, now showing as next Monday 20/3. Why the delay? We all know the 2016 figures are not going to be pretty, but have they delayed to coincide with some other news maybe?
Sorry mistake there, their market cap is 16m not 800m. Still over double ours but our project is arguably 3 or 4 times theirs.

Should have read 8000oz. Approx value with gold price is 9/10m USD for the improvement. With around 4 times that inferred. Again that's just Mira. So much value to unlock here and that's without the distribution at Los C. Hopefully we get some good clear broker notes on the back of this. DYOR
Nice figures at over 800oz of the yellow stuff and that's just Mira. Seen excitement for much less. But as usual no one seems to give a damn when it's us, hopefully more likey over here today. GLA
Hopefully the former and people making a quick buck on the lows that can't be bothered to wait for news. I just hope it's not redfield or lanstead selling their holding on what they are seeing via results. The next 4-6 months will be make or break I think.
Is Metminco Limited (ASX:MNC) As Financially Strong As Zero-Debt On Its Balance Sheet Indicates? https://simplywall.st/news/2017/03/02/is-metminco-limited-asxmnc-as-financially-strong-as-zero-debt-on-its-balance-sheet-indicates/
Yeah I agree, if your buying in now I would think you would participate. If they started trying to use a cut off and give ex holders a part of the distribution it would get messy and costly. That's why I think anyone would be mad to sell at the moment. IMO only. GLA
By the 24th. But they did say 'best endeavours' so could delay it. Hope not, we deserve to know the plan.
Hi guys, I have received a response as follows: - We will be issuing a trading update with our Interims towards the end of the month. - We have been in discussions with NEX as to how we can improve liquidity. - The director’s dealings and holdings are correctly disclosed on our website.
Not sure it's that simple and available to PI's.
Hi SD, I agree the tone at the meeting was that relisting was some time off. I was surprised at what Trevor said myself. Its difficult how to interpret exactly where we are with this company to be honest. GOS's core business does seem to be doing well and we always have our CQCL shares too and encryption keys, when they come to fruition. It would be nice to see some finer details e.g. is Smart desk our best product or is it our communication solutions. I still feel there is some wider game plan we are not yet fully aware of. I remain hesitantly optimistic. Also if the whole project was going to crash and burn I think that would have happened some time ago, therefore our continued existence is a positive in itself. Also the funding raised prior to de-listing (which in my opinion was someone dropping the ball, I don't think they originally planned that, or, they did it on purpose to get out of the Canadian listing issues which they didn't fully appreciate.) Either way ITS is the outcome they wanted and our private company existence at the movement is probably conducive to steady 'critical mass' build up. (That the term they keep saying to me and on the calls.) Ps. enjoy your contributions too.
